  1. I wish there was a way to edit the Address Types in CSuite. Our Address Types were imported from FIMS. We need to updated and add some address Types. I have a Profile that has a PO Box for mail but they have a different address for the business location. We didn't have an Address Type for this in FIMS and now we are stuck with old information and no way to label the extra address on the profile with a valid Address Type.

    If I am understanding the problem correctly, there is an option to add and edit address types.  In Profiles, select Profile Types from the left side menu.  There is an option in the left side menu to add an address type.  You can also select the ID of the address type you would like to edit.

  2. I am concerned of the cost of Stripe - It seems to be creeping up. The last example I pulled it was 3.6%, yet we tell a donor it's 3%. Has anyone else noticed this? $200 donation was charged $6.10 for the Stripe fee (3.05%) - then we were charged $7.22 (3.6%).

  3. The history of grants from and gifts to a fund is important information to have at our fingertips! Please put the History button back on the main page of the Fund Module (it was removed in the recent update). We shouldn't have to go through multiple clicks to get to it!

  4. When creating spendables where you have added a grantee beneficiary to funds. Can you please allow Fund names to be listed for users to select "By Fund" and not by a Group? Creating spendable by a group or groups makes it very confusing to work with as so many grants appear in the Grants/New bucket at the same time.

  5. It would be VERY helpful to be able to Filter on all the Financial reports by Investment Strategy to assist with reviewing fund activity via Trial Balances for special group of funds that do not participate in the pool. It is very easy to book donations, grants and vouchers to incorrect funds.

  6. Please provide a way to regenerate the batched PDF/Word doc files after an individual fund's statement has been regenerated. We have multiple people who review fund statements before publishing and being able to regenerate the entire PDF/Word batch to save the FINAL version outside of Csuite is needed.

  7. The columns in each of the buckets have the ability to alpha sort (or largest-smallest), but it does not work--or seems to only work randomly. It takes several clicks to actually get the column to sort alpha or reverse alpha. If they are not supposed to be sorted, please remove the sort icon at the headers.

  8. We would love the opportuntiy to "Hide" the fund summary field in the donor portal OR have the opportunity to bulk edit those fields. When we came over from FIMS, lots of Fund Summary fields were not in the best shape for public viewing when someone makes a donation to that fund - we are cleaning them up but in the mean time, would be nice to just be able to turn them off during clean up.

  12. I really like the Metrics Dashboards. It would be great if we can have a way to customize the time annual frame. More specifically, our fiscal year is from July to June as oppose Jan to Dec. The Dashboards for us would be even more helpful if the grantmaking data reflected our annual budget based on a July to June fiscal year.

    It can be a binary option where we can set the Metrics Dashboards to either Jan to Dec fiscal year or July to June fiscal year.

  13. Fund Advisor Content currently allows us to edit messages addressed to them for grant requests and grants submitted. I am surprised that we cannot currently target them with donation messages.

    From their POV, it is confusing to receive a message intended for the donor. A donation_notify message in FA/Content could allow us to communicate donor fields such as donor's name, address, email, tribute, etc. as well as "the donor has been provided with a charitable gift receipt, but we encourage you to send a note of appreciation."

  14. Rather than Dear {name} which populates the donor first and last name, can you add a field list and make first name be an option so we could change to Dear First_Name? We change this every time we send the fund advisor email to a donor. It appears so much more personal than first and last name.

  15. We are working through some clean up projects tied to how we coded groups, subgroups, divisions, and segments. The bulk edit feature works great, but it only impacts opened funds. During a recent audit, we identified 100 closed that needed to be moved from one group to another. The information was crucial for analysis purposes - so we had to reopen 100 funds (one by one), bulk edit the 100 funds, then closed them again (one by one).     02-07-2024: Funds: Added Bulk Open and Bulk Close to the funds left hand menu option, from the List All, List Open, List DAF's, List Agency, List Affiliate screens. This will allow users to filter the list to the funds that need to be opened or closed and use bulk functionality.

    When closing the funds in bulk, the system will process each fund individually, users will see the Fund id closed message when the fund is closed. If the fund can not be closed because of balances, the system will show a yellow message with the fund name and id. Clients will need to resolve the issue and go back and start the process again for that fund and any remaining funds after it.

  16. When you use the "print envelope" function from a profile, why does an inactive address come up as an option to print? Inactive addresses should not appear as an option.

  17. We like the History Charts displayed on the Home Page on our Fund Advisor Portal. However, because we are using SLM for our Hardships Funds, we would like to disable these charts for our Hardships funds because it is confusing for them to see their hardships grants listed as "Scholarships" and their hardships recipients listed as "Students".

    We would like the option to turn on History on a Fund-by-Fund level.

  18. We use shortname a lot on funds. Could it be added to the box at the top of the new fund screen layout? Instead of just on the detail tab.

  19. We need to be able to pull a report of ALL tributes, non-notify and notify, for our annual report. It appears with the new Tribute changes that may not be possible.

    8/2/2023: Tributes: In order to manage tributes more efficiently, a new workflow has been designed for Tributes.

    The Tribute list view is now a custom report with the ability to sort each column and  have the ability to apply filters, save filtered lists, export, email and load for future use. On the left hand menu, there is also a new Delete Unused menu item.  This will allow clients to delete any unused tributes that do not have donations attached to the tribute or if the tribute does not have associated notify information. If the notify address or email information is not completed, the tribute information will move to a non-notify tribute field.  This will allow clients to retain the information about the tribute on the donation in a text field.

    A status field has been added to tributes. By default, all tributes are now public.  The public status will allow…

  20. We have 2500 existing Tributes in our system. All are showing in the sandbox release with a status of "Public". We will not want all of those tributes out on the portal. Many of these are very old, from our conversion. We would want only the most recent - the last couple years - to be seen out on the portal. Could there please be a way to update the status on old Tributes.
