  1. We need to do some cleanup on our migrated donation data because not all of our data came over cleanly. As part of that work, we want to delete incorrect, and import correct, historical invoice records. We need the ability to do that just as we do this for historical donations.

  2. It would be fabulous to have filter reports available on the AR Aging report. For example, today I was looking at the AR aging report and I wanted to filter it down based on two parameters: (A) the fund the invoice relates to, and (B) the number of days outstanding. Currently there does not seem to be a way to do this. I was able to pull a custom report and add some formulas in Excel to achieve what I wanted, but it would be handy to have this feature built in.

  3. We would like to see the ability to enter partial quantities into Invoices - for example, currently you only allow whole numbers in the 'Quanity' field, however we have a client we bill hourly and we use partial hours (i.e. 1.5 hours, 1.25 hours, etc). Since we are unable to use the 'Quanity' field, we are also unable to use the 'Unit Price' field appropriately.

  4. We would like the ability to view details about invoices on profiles similar to donations (under the customer designation on the profile). Specifically we'd like to be able to see the fund and possibly the account numbers the invoices were posted to. We realize account numbers might be more tricky.

  5. In the invoice module (you choose invoices from the home menu) it would seem to make sense that all "new" invoices be listed until they are closed. Not sure what the timeframe is for them showing on this screen with a status of new but it should not be limited to any timeframe.

    We don't send out physical invoices. The invoice amounts are the non-charitable portion of money received for an event. We have found several with a status of new from prior years and the only way to find them is to list all invoices and then search for…

  6. Would like the ability to change the fund on an invoice after it has been created. Not being able to do this without deleting the transaction and creating a new invoices creates problems with the integrity of the invoice numbering if invoice has already been sent to the customer.

  7. When creating an invoice with multiple payments it would be great if we had the ability to apply all payments to the invoice at one time rather than having to do each payment individually at the time you create it or going back to the payments and applying them all individually that way. If we can just apply all at once to the invoice it will help make sure we've included all payments.

  8. It would be great to have the option to adjust the Due Date on invoices when initially creating the invoice. Currently I have to post and unpost the invoice to for the due date to appear and then change it.

We have just completed our annual member invoicing process; I was able to import the invoice details, but had to generate the invoice document one record at a time, and print each invoice individually. Being able to batch process multiple invoice records would be helpful. The process of simply printing the invoices to go to members took multiple hours today versus the few minutes it should take.

  10. Please add capability to set up recurring invoices for incoming cash payments such as rent that is received on a regular basis (most commonly monthly in our case)

  11. when entering vouchers or invoices, allow user to view entire description entry by increasing number of characters shown in field, or wrapping text. same with the account fields - can only see a portion.
