  1. For the clients that are using decision date on the grants & scholarships without having GLM or SLM there is no way to set the decision date via the front-end imports. It would be beneficial to be able to import into this field with the front-end imports to allow for efficient processing of grants & scholarships. As it is right now once those records are imported the decision date has to be manually updated 1 by 1 in CSuite.

  2. It would be helpful to have donors acknowledge and confirm with a required checkbox before submitting a grant to confirm that the grant they are submitting is not to be used for Non-Eligible Grantees.

Meaning grants cannot be made for memberships, fulfillment of legally binding pledges, tickets to events, or anything else that provides benefits to the fund holder.

We have several donors that submit grant requests where this is unclear and we have to call and confirm. This checkbox would allow them to acknowledge and call us if any questions about the grant's intention come up.

  3. It would be great if pending grant requests showed up on the Grants tab, instead of the Recommend a Grant tab, where advisors often don't think to look for a pending grant.

  5. When a grant is canceled the status should say "canceled' not "paid" - this is very confusing especially for the fund advisors using the portal

  6. When entering a recurring grant through fund manager or directly through Csuite, there is currently no option to specifically enter a calendar end date. There is the option to choose the "number of recurring" or "max recurrence," but there is no option to choose an actual calendar year end date for the recurring grant. For example, if I want to end quarterly gifts on 1/5/2028 that began on 10/5/2021, instead of putting the end date as "1/5/2028" I actually have to count the recurrence as 26 and put in that specific number. The ability to put in a particular number…

  7. It would be great to be able to view and change/select the mailing address of the Grantee from the Grant ID view. Several grantees have multiple offices/branches/P.O. Boxes and this would help eliminate some of those issues. Adding a drop down of current Grantee addresses below where you select the Grantee would be a huge help.

This will also allow our approvers to see that the grant will get mailed to the correct address, versus a different branch or outdated one, before they're being printed on checks and letters.

  8. Right now, there are two ways to support a project listed in the Grant Catalog - one with a credit/debit card, the other by making a grant recommendation in the donor portal. It would be helpful if there was a webpage that showed both options on one single page. Right now, you have to visit two different webpages depending on how you want to support the project. Combining these options into one page could make for a better user experience. Thanks for your consideration!

  9. I have had Fund Advisors using the portal request the ability to see an existing grantees address when requesting a new grant to know if they need to update the mailing address. They also would like to add a "Contact Name".

Could you add a drop down allowing them to select the grantees address (from existing profile addresses) once you select the organization and/or add a new one if applicable?
