    Yes, it would be helpful to keep things organized. Especially if you have a large number of reports.
    Ideally it would be great to be able to have folders and be able to move and organize them. The notion of folders is taken from the Shared Documents area, as that is organized in a way that is manageable.
    Organizing of reports and emails have been mentioned before on the Idea Lab, but I haven't seen whether they have been considered or not, yet.

    I would love folders for reports, email templates, and, while I am at it-merge templates! Just sayin'...if this can be looked at I think it would help many others.

    I agree, although I have noticed that it sometimes works if I use Internet Explorer for some reason. It no longer works for Google Chrome so I am not sure if there is a setting for browsers that can fix this.
    Because it worked randomly in IE I wasn't sure if I should post this. Thanks Mary for posting-I am with you!

    We are looking for a change in options when printing out the application. Some users wish to print packet, but the formatting has large spaces between questions, and the organization information has it's own page that seems like a waste of space.
    Users do want the organization information, so having a simple line at the top with basic contact information would be best, and an option to print a simplified version of the pdf is desired. This is beyond what the printer options you have on your computer, and is more about tailoring appearance before selecting the printer.
    An example is a recipe online or news article, where you select how you want to display the printed version.
    As it is a pdf this doesn't allow for much formatting, besides selecting which pages to print.
