    Please think about this idea. We generally have 10 open processes. By the end of 2018, we will have 13 open processes. Applicants truly pick the first process they see and we spend a lot of time convincing them to scroll through the list.

    I would like to add to this idea. Is there a way to have another bucket that would separate grants with multiple vs. single follow ups? If a grant has multiple follow ups and we cannot mark it closed, I have to open FIMS each time I go into the completed bucket to see if that follow up has been processed in FIMS. It gets time consuming when that mid-follow up has to sit in the completed bucket for six months, a year, or longer.
