    Many other CRM databases have a feature where each user is assigned a unique "BCC to notes" email. When you email a donor, and you apply that BCC email, then the email content is automatically saved to the profile. This is a HUGE time saver. I emailed tech support, who said this feature doesn't exist. I really encourage you to make it. Otherwise, I now have to copy and paste emails to the profile to document engagement and contact history with a particular donor. This is so laborious and unnecessary.
