Improve student applicant experience in SLM
The idea is that 3rd party recommenders should only be invited one-time to recommend eligible students.
With the roll out of the new student dashboard in SLM, ineligible students are seeing "Action Needed" on their dashboards if they have outstanding recommendations.
The problem is twofold 1) Ineligible students believe they qualify or have action items 2) recommenders are wasting their time
Right now, the system either seeks recommendation for ineligible students (if 3rd party questions are built into the UA) OR requires eligible students to seek multiple recommendations from the same people for each eligible scholarship (if 3rd party questions…

Separate overdue Follow Ups from "Drafts" section on open requests dashboard
I realize that Overdue Follow Ups was added to the Metrics Dashboard tab but it would be nice if these could also be shown separately on the Open Requests dashboard tab.
Right now all overdue follow ups are lumped into the "Draft" follow ups section and isn't easy to see. It would be nice if they could be on the Open Requests dashboard tab as a separate line and in a different color instead of having to click over to the Metrics Dashboard to see them.

Use organization domain for email communications
Enable sending automated emails from the organizations actual domain via the use of domain authorization rather than sending everything from grantinterface.com.
Emails from grantinterface.com are confusing, often caught in spam, and it is impossible to ensure that every online customer recognizes and properly whitelists it. This has caused significant overhead on our staff to manage missed communications. In addition, some organizations spend a lot of time and money to build their brand reputation and improve name recognition within the community. The many thousands of automated emails that go out every year should be representative of, and enhance, this investment. While…

Assigning Follow-Ups to Multiple Users
It would be great if we could assign follow up reports to multiple users within an organization and they could sync. In our program, we typically have multiple people involved in the grant award and currently, we only have the ability to assign a follow up to one person, meaning that if another is to fill out and submit the report, I need to manually change who it is assigned to. For example, one of the groups awarded through our program uses a grant manager who is currently trying to access their report to add a new file but cannot…

Duplicate the Donation Legal Terms checkbox - place a new checkbox in the Grant Portal.
The new, current checkbox was recently released as part of the Giving Hub updates. We would like to duplicate the checkbox into the Grant Portal, under Grant Requests, so that fundholders have to check a box to acknowledge Miami Foundation-specific terms.

Bring back the ability to "pop out" the support chat window.
Please bring back the ability to pop out the chat window from the webpage. The revision to the chat prohibits the ability to detach the chat window from the webpage and move it across the screen so its viewable while working in GLM. It now disappears when continuing to work or look at forms to answer support staff questions.

Import multi-fund grants and multi-fund vouchers
Whether this requires a new template or changes to the current template, ideally this would allow vouchers and grants to be uploaded that are being paid by multiple funds.

Follow up incomplete
It would be helpful if follow ups could be marked as "incomplete" or "not submitted", not just "complete". There are times when an organization doesn't submit a follow up and the only way to close the request is to delete the follow up, or mark it complete, when it isn't actually complete.

Alphabetize Process Dropdown
When entering a new request, it would be extremely helpful if the "Process" dropdown list were sorted alphabetically. With up to 50 active processes at any given time, locating the correct one can be time-consuming. Alphabetical sorting would make the interface more user-friendly and improve efficiency for everyone.
Thank you!

Organization Summary Feedback
As part of our June Monthly Release, we introduced a User Setting that allows you to preview the updated Organization Summary layout in your Sandbox environment. This was added to the Live environment in August.
This redesigned view consolidates key organizational details into a streamlined format to improve efficiency and usability. It also lays the foundation for future CRM-related enhancements.
We’d love your input!
Please use this thread to share any feedback, suggestions, or questions about the new layout:
Is the information easy to find?
Are there any workflows that feel smoother or harder?
Anything missing or unexpected?Your feedback…
13 votesHi Everyone!
Thank you for the initial feedback.
With our August Monthly Release, we just made this viewable in your live environment. Based on your sandbox feedbac,k we have made a couple of updates:
-Sort order of cards: primary contact in top right and then alpha A-Z, comments, and documents showing newest to oldest left to right.
-Table vs Card view on contacts, documents, and comments, you can change the view to either card or table view.
Foundation Status:
There is a full charity check to view all information. We are continuing to update this view and will highlight the organization more prominently in the coming releases.

Pop-up message
It would be nice to have an option for an editable pop-up message that applicants would see once they are logged in (similar to the landing page message, but something they would have to notice and would see only once they log in). It could be used to notify applicants of any changes to the process or, really, anything that seems important.

It would be helpful if Admin could copy a question from one process to the other.
We're updating our form, and would like to retroactively make the changes to 2 closed processes to improve reporting. It would save time and reduce errors to copy a question and add it to another process.

Multiple emails for grant letters
When sending grant documents (grant letters), currently C-Suite only allows for one primary email address and if you want to add a second to be cc'd, you need to add it manually. It would be helpful if C-Suite allowed for a primary and secondary email address to be added and have that be automatically added to the cc section when sending grant letters.
We have many organizations who request multiple email addresses to be contacted when they're receiving a grant and unfortunately right now we can't do it as it's too much of a manual process to add in a…

Anonymous Review Features
We would like the ability to choose which Contact Fields are visible to the evaluator, with an option to show a Unique Applicant ID (that is not the current system generated one). Having all fields [HIDDEN] and not providing a way to identify each application eliminates the reviewers ability to determine which applications they want to recommend to move forward in the process, as our Foundation does not abide by highest score practices.
We have to implement anonymous review practices based on applicant/evaluator conflict of interest (i.e. Foundation Staff Reviewing applications from Foundation Staff). In order to ensure this is…

Funds from GLM to CSuite in Installments
Right now our process is that when a grant is approved, we add the installments and then when I sync to CSuite I have to manually select what funds the grants are coming out of.
It would save me a lot of time if I could select the funds in GLM and then when I sync the grants, they are automatically assigned to the funds I picked in GLM.

Add the ability to print Sent Emails from GLM
I would love to have the ability to print or download Sent Emails that were sent through the GLM system. Currently, the only option is to open the email, copy it, and paste it into a new document.

Follow Up Forms in Org History
Add an option for Follow Up forms to be shared to all users within an organization.
For new users, even if the system is set to share all organizational history, follow up forms are not shared unless manually added using the collaborate feature. With the high turnover in nonprofits, for multi-year grants, reports may be filled out by a different staff member on each report & need to see what was previously submitted on follow up forms/reports, not just the application. With over 100+ grantees, this can become a huge time burden to manually add new staff to each past…5 votes -
Remove the grey!
Can we default reports to export without formatting? The grey seems unnecessary. It would also be great if emails through the system weren't grey either. Thanks!
12 votesHello,
Over 2025, and into 2026 we will be implementing a new data visualization tool and additional export functionality. Please keep an eye out for release information.

New Header Search Bar
The new header search bar is currently only available to Administrators and not the Grants Manager role. We would like to see it available to both rolls as it's almost more critical/useful for the Grants Manager roll than the top Admins.
Additionally, my testing of the search bar has shown it to be inconsistent so far. Once I type a word into the search bar, often times nothing happens. I have gotten it to work, but it's been hit or miss. It might be helpful to have the magnifier icon clickable so that we can manually click it or hit…
4 votesHi All,
We wanted to let you know that over the weekend, we made performance enhancements to the header search. You should now be seeing better search speeds. If not, please reach out to our support team.
