Batch Create Merge letters from Approval Buckets
For our GLM Processes, we typically create all of our Merge Grant Letters once the applications are moved into the Approval Buckets. Once these are in the approval buckets and we go to create the letters we have to go into each application one by one > create word docs > export > update > save etc... It would be awesome if we could batch create our letters by selecting the checkboxes on the approval bucket page and export 1 word doc with each letter having it's own page on that doc. Ability to Bulk Export Evaluations
We use Evaluations in GLM for ED Approvals. We then have to save a copy of the ED Approval in a sharepoint file and in CSuite. It would be nice to have a bulk export option in the Evaluations bucket so we can export the ED Approvals all at once.

Automatic emails to evaluators
When evaluators are assigned applications as a batch action, it would be really helpful if an automatic email could go out to each evaluator letting them know they have been assigned applications for a particular process (one email per process, not per application). Currently, the only way evaluators can receive an automatic email is if each application is assigned one by one. That's time-consuming for the person assigning the evaluators, and that would generate a lot of individual emails to each evaluator. Having automatic emails go out to evaluators after batch assignments are made would eliminate the current two-step process…

Batch add multiple Processes when assigning new Evaluators.
We've just discovered when trying to add in a new evaluator to our scholarship process, we have to add in every single scholarship opportunity separately as an individual process instead of being able to select "all", which, is what we need to do.
So our "Universe" of applications breaks down into "Processes" which are our individual scholarships and because we look at everything from the individual Student (and not the opportunities), we need to be able to batch multiple processes all at the same time.

Batch Approval
It would be incredibly helpful and MUCH more efficient to have the option to batch approve requests. We are currently having to do single users each taking about 5-6 steps to complete. When we have dozens of applicants to approve this is terribly inefficient and frustrating.
With a batch approval option I could do the step once for dozens of applicants a time saving my team hours of time and repetitive work that should be automated.

batch charity check
Batch Charity Check
I would love to be able to run a batch charity check. Ideally, I should be checking charity status at the time an application is received (prior to bringing to the board for recommendation) and again once payment is being processed. We have to board cycles a year with approx. 150-175 grants per each cycle. Does anyone have any workarounds they've put in place?33 votes -
batch delete abandoned applications
I would like to have the option to batch delete abandoned
requests -- it’s tedious having to delete them one by one. Could this be an
option listed at the bottom of the “Search Requests & Decisions” page? I
can understand not wanting folks to accidentally delete other items on this
page. With this in mind, could it be built to only appear as an option when a
search is done for abandoned requests?
