    Hi Leah,

    For "Closed" request it probably has to do with the delay you have set for applicant visibility. I would reach out to your CSM or support and dig into this.

    Hi David,

    In our new evaluator experience (which you can opt into today, and will roll out to all users April 2019) we have added a status bar to the evaluators homepage. You can see the status bar in page two of this tutorial: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1r47vtuIC6MxDdwpmyc1w7kfdQbyq2l3JdxNhxIGXaDs/edit

    Do you think having it on the home page is enough, or do your evaluators want it at the top of every evaluations, or potentially on the confirmation page before going to the next request?
