    This is the WHY behind why we use the rolling 12 months...The use of a rolling 12-month period ensures that the fund advisor always sees meaningful data, avoiding empty charts and graphs at the start of a new year.

    When you cancel are you unposting the grant? If so, you could remove the content from the grant_unpost_notify_email_body. Then nothing would send out.

    If you delete any content from the Grant_unpost_notify_email_body content area, the emails will not send.

  4. The ability to inactivate a scholarship to remove it from the scholarship list.
