  1. We would love the option of toggling donations and grants notifications BY THE FUND for fund advisors. We add designated funds for our designated fund recipients so they can see previous year's grants, BUT we don't want them to receive the grants notification email when the grant is made, since some funds benefit more than one organization.

  2. Add a 2nd screen after choosing 'Fund Advisors> Settings> List Cart> Send Email Reminder to allow for choosing which fund advisors to send the email reminder to. Currently, this is an all or nothing feature.

  3. Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

  4. Please add Primary Fund Advisor field to the Profile Fund custom report. Currently there is no way to see which funds do not have a primary advisor or have out-of-date primary advisors, without opening each individual Fund record. It's making system setup and maintenance unmanageable.

  5. Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. This results in things like receiving grant requests from Fund Advisors without a record of a fund advisor having logged in, and when portals are launched,…

I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

  9. Right now, there is an option to either send the Cart Reminder Email daily automatically or manually, which we can control. We think daily is a bit too frequent and would love the option to set which days it is sent. Like Mondays only, or Monday and Wednesday, etc. That way we can control the cadence to work better with our workflows for grant processing, and not overload our users with too many emails.

  11. Some of our Fund Advisors are confused by the "Login with email" option on the Fund Advisor Portal. Our Fund Advisors' usernames are their primary email and they click the "Login with email" thinking that is how they log in. They get to the next screen and are asked to "Verify your pin". Could you make the "Login with email" either editable, with an explanation or give us the option to remove it. Anything would be an improvement!

  12. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  14. The other day we had a check that printed on plain paper by accident. We had to adjust all the grants in the batch (cancel payment and then pay again) in order to re-print the check. Every advisor received a notice that payment was cancelled. This caused a lot of confusion. Is there a way to program CSuite so it does not send a notice when "cancelling" a grant payment?

  15. Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.

    We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

  16. Grant approvers - When assigning grant approvers, consider a system that ensures fund representatives or primary fund advisors do not approve their own grant requests. There should be a way to mark requests that require approval. For example, if parents designate their children as fund representatives, the children can request grants, but the parents must approve them. However, parents should not be required to approve their own grant requests.

  17. When making a grant request fund advisors are able to see the grantee name, but not the address. They can see the address at the review stage before submitting, but this means if they selected the wrong location they need to go back, delete it, find the right grantee and make the grant request all over again. We've gotten some feedback that some fund advisors are afraid to move forward in the grant request process because they are worried they selected the wrong one.   19. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  20. Please populate the donation advisor automatically when a grant advisor is chosen manually for interfund grants. Currently you have to go into the donation portion of the interfund grant to add the donation advisor if you manually entered a grant advisor. Thank you!
