  1. When setting up a campaign, it would be helpful to select the fields required per event.
At the moment, by default, CSuite allows registrants to select Individual, Household, or Organization. This has resulted in many individuals registering as a No Name Organizations.
During setup, if we could choose the registrant type appropriate, for example, only allow individuals to register, we can get their appropriate information.
Then, if "Add Organization Name" was an additional field that we could set to required when applicable, we would be sure to get all the info when needed.

  2. Within a campaign, there should be an option to 'bulk delete' records when you are manually scanning the profiles tab. Similar to how you can select (or deselect) tax receipts to send from the donations bucket, you should be able to select certain records and then click "delete" vs having to click "delete" individually from a campaign.

    1. Need ability to apply campaigns to internal transfers. Occasionally an internal DAF contributes and we have no way to record that.
    2. Is there a way to automatically apply a campaign to any donations that hit a certain fund during a set time period? We are getting credit card donations and having to manually apply them to the campaign.

  3. Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option: "Add individuals not household profiles - If a profile is a household, add just the members of the household. If a profile is an individual or is an org, it is added. No profiles are added as guests. No household profiles are added."

For the purpose of creating email lists among other things, we need a way to create campaigns that include individual profiles for HHs, while also adding just the individual profile of any individual, regardless of whether they are part of a household. It's important to have a way to add just…

  4. Can a function be created to sync a new Csuite campaign into an already existing Mailchimp tag? Right now, a new Mailchimp tag has to be created for each Csuite campaign causing clutter in Mailchimp. For reoccurring newsletters, having the option to sync individual campaigns into the same tag would be very helpful.

  5. Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

  6. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

  8. We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

  9. If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?

As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

  10. Provide the ability to indicate on a profile the use of 'bulk mail pointer'. This was a function in FIMS where the profile could point to a different profile when a mass mail list was being produced. The report (campaign) would have an option to use the bulk mail pointer. This is very helpful when individuals are on more than one profile for different roles they hold. A good example is when a Professional Advisor has a professional profile w/ business address but also has an IND/HH profile w/ home address. We only need to send mail to the home.…

  11. I'd like to have the ability to offer discount codes on event tickets. Right now, there is the ability to create a private ticket, but that is more suited for complimentary tickets. I would like to allow discount codes for a certain dollar amount off. This would help us not have to use ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, which offer the discount code option.

  12. Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks

  13. Some donors have committed to attending an event, and we would like the ability to attach event tickets to a promise (with no finance involvement). We cannot use a pledge, as some commitments are paid in various ways and require complex financial processing to adjust and apply payments. Using a promise will enable us to reserve the tickets until payment is applied. This approach will also allow us to present the reserved seats and the remaining balance.

  14. Profiles that are flagged Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, and or Do Not Call should not appear in a Campaign. They do not appear on "Mailing Labels", but do appear when you on a CSV File.

  15. Event Campaigns should be able to be created without needing to sell tickets. This would streamline online donations targeted for a specific purpose or campaign. The campaign could then have a specific URL and QR code created, like campaigns already do, but without needing donors to purchase a ticket, it could take them right to a donation page that is tied to the fund attached to that campaign. This would create more efficiency around event campaigns, continue the trend of online donations becoming more popular and accessible at events, and reduce the additional time it takes to manually attach donations…

  16. We held an event in November and appreciate all of the functions in campaigns. However, in the specific campaign we created, we would go to "Profiles" then "guest list" and there was guests who bought tickets online, but did not finish putting their guest names and meals because they didn't realize they needed to do that.

We have two suggestions. It would be nice if there is something before check-out to purchase tickets that says guests will need to enter their guest names and meal preferences after check out.

The other suggestion is that anyone who purchased tickets shows up…

  17. As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.

We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

I know there are some order options that we…

  18. When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

  19. I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.

There is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns.  Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.
