  1. We would love to have the option to disable the legacy portal when we enable the New Donor Portal. There are many issues with both of them being live at the same time, including how the content for the Portal maps to both portals. We put detailed instructions for fundholders in the content area and now the Legacy portal is incredibly unprofessional because the instructions are wrong.   2. We really would appreciate the ability to show closed fund activity on the portal. It’s often extremely important for our donors to see historical information, even when a fund is no longer being used. If closed funds can’t be shown there, could CSuite provide an ability to merge Funds, similar to the ability to merge Profiles?

    Let me provide a little background: Our foundation’s process is to close a fund when the type of the fund changes (i.e. passthrough to endowed). Being able to show the history of the gifts/grants in the fund advisor portal would allow our fund holders…

  3. I know that Login As was intended to bounce the user out of their own CSuite login when used; however, I would ask that you reconsider this approach. From a Customer Service perspective, this is a nightmare. We most often use Login As when on the phone with a Fund Advisor (and now could be anyone with portal access), to help them troubleshoot either getting into the system or working with the system. If we then have to answer any questions that require us to be logged into CSuite ourselves, the portal user has to wait while the customer service…

  4. Consider adding Donation Comments/Donation Notes to be visible under the Grantee and Fund Advisor tabs (similar to how they are now available on the donor tab).

    The Donation Comments/Donation notes were recently added to the donation portal, but we find the larger use case is for the Grantee and the Fund Advisor to see the Donation comments in their portal tabs. Without this, they are missing important context and have to be interacted with manually by our staff to continuosly provide this information.

  5. Please create a designation/tab for Board Members. We would like to have a way to connect with our Board members in ways other than email. We could share documents and we would love to be able to collect electronic votes. We currently do this via email, but would love to do this through the portal.

  6. Is it possible to show the donations of linked households on the donor portal? Our Foundation processes donations from the household, however users login under their individual profile. It would be great if donors could see donations from their household as well as their individual profile.

  7. Currently, when a Fund's spendable balance is $0.00 it does not show on the portal. It would be helpful for Fund Advisors to know their spendable balance has been exhausted.

  8. In the Fund Advisor portal, on the Grant Request form, there is no indication (such as with an asterisk) which fields are required, so a user must click the submit button before they are advised which fields are required. It would be nice if required fields could indicate they were required when the form is first loaded.

  9. If an image exists on a fund in CS, provide the option to allow this image to appear on the fund in the portal instead of the default icon. Also provide the option to not have an icon or an image appear on the fund in the portal.

  10. Reposting with more clarification-

    We need the ability to style Affiliate/SO Portals on the back end, previously this was in the "Donor Portal Fund" section of styles (see attached screenshot). Currently, all of our affiliate/SO funds will lose their specific branding if we enable the new Portal enhancements. We consider this a priority to move toward the new portal to ensure our partner funds/foundations are properly identified to their stakeholders.

  11. When a tab name is revised in Portal Setting, have the 'breadcrumbs' on the portal reflect the new name and not the original hardcoded tab name. Example: if revise Nonprofit Directory tab name from 'Directory' to 'Index', would be great if breadcrumbs back to previous pages reflect 'Index'.

  13. We would like to request that Foundant consider creating a scholarship directory similar to the Nonprofit Directory. We would like a place to easily share our scholarship names, descriptions, and photos to our students, parents, donors, and community. We would like to maintain this directory directly in C-Suite so that it can communicate externally and with SLM, if possible.

  14. I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

  15. Currently, there are two tabs in the Fund Advisor portion of the portal that seem redundant - Grants and Grant Requests. In the old portal, those two had separate functions. "Grants" listed all grant history, etc. and "Grant Requests" allowed those who had permission to request a grant. In the new portal, the two tabs seem redundant due to the new Create Grant Request button that shows on every tab. The only portion I can see on the Grant Requests tab that is unique is grant requests that need approval. Could all grant information be moved to the Grants Tab…

  18. I would like to see the design and position of the "Logout" button to be changed within Csuite so it's easily distinguished from "Portal," "Reports" and the other menu options.

    Most user interfaces have the logout option at one corner of a page and usually the font or design is different so it's not mistaken for another menu option. After the update adding the "Portal" option to the menu bar at the top of CSuite, I find myself sometimes misclicking and accidentally logging myself out.

  19. True multiyear grants that are approved once and paid out over several years do not show up in the grant summary table (grant tab of the Grantee designation) until the final payable is paid out. After the final payment, the entire grant amount is shows only in the approved year, which could be serval years prior. Now that this table is also shown in the Grantee portal, it provides an incomplete picture of the yearly grant summary when multiyears are involved, and causes customer confusion when the entire amount suddenly appears years in the past.
