  1. Add All Tabs to Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report

    Currently, in the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report, only a few of the tabs are available (Donation, Files, Grant, Grantcatalog, Grantrequest, Statement). Is it possible to add all tabs to this report?

    That would include Pledges, Receipts, Voucher, Invoice, Split Interest.

    This would be very helpful in our data validation process to confirm that the correct tabs were selected for each fund advisor.

  2. Add Profile Fund Category to Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report

    Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.

    We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

  3. Need full view of field names in custom reports

    please adjust the way fields are listed/viewed in the custom reports when the name of the field is so long that we cannot tell what the field actually is.... in custom report Donations for example, the field listing is so long but you have to click on each field to add to the report in order to see what the field is.... very frustrating and time consuming. Thank you!

  4. Custom Reports: save option

    A SAVE button in Custom Reports so you don't have to reselect the Share box and select the name of the report from a drop down selection. This drop down selection is by name, the report listing is by report ID. A SAVE button in the report editing area would save a lot of time. Then the SAVE AS button if you want to rename it or not share or share.

  5. Financials Column Options - put the dropdown back on the financial statement screen

    I understand that the dropdown selection for financials columns (fund, fund segment, fund division, etc.) has been moved under the "Edit" option on the left menu. This seems very hidden and many more clicks to get to. Please put it back on the top right corner of the report screen! Support said many people have been wondering today where that option went.

  6. Notes/narrative field for Custom Reports

    It would be very useful to have a narrative field for custom reports to communicate the utility of the report. We sometimes pile on filters that solve for quirky problems and it would be great to be able to indicate that on a report so that other users (or ourselves at a later date) can know how to use it.

  7. Add Invoice ID and Donation ID to Profile Payment Custom Report

    In support of requests from our auditors, we need a report that combines all money-in -- both donations and invoice payments. However, we have not found a way to create that in Custom Reports. We are looking for a way to combine both donation details and invoice payment details.

  8. Hover or widen Available Fields

    When creating a report, there are so very many fields to choose from and, unless I'm missing something, it's incredibly difficult to know what each field means/is generated from. For example, on the attached file screenshot, there are loads of 'Fromgrant' fields but I can't see the whole field name. I can't drag the separator to increase the width of Available Fields so I can read the entire field name. There's no pop up when I hover my mouse over the field. So the only way I can figure out what each and every field is, is to add it…

  9. Electronic Filter for Check Custom Reports

    Please add an option to the Custom Report "Check". We have a custom check register under this custom report. There are no filters or options to show the check was electronic or not. The check # is blank, but it would be nice to have an option to pick whether or not the check was electronic.... so it can show up on the report on why there was no check # with that payment.

  10. Add Custom Report with ALL Fields

    There are many times when I'm trying to pull a report, but can't get to various fields. It would be nice (and I would use this type of report A LOT) if there was an option to generate a report with all fields as options.

  11. Custom Reports: Multiple Filters

    When I run custom reports I sometimes would like to apply a filter that covers multiple items. For example, a Zip Code filter that shows multiple zip codes or a fund filter that includes several funds. Unfortunately, the Custom Reporting does not include the same multi-select feature as Filter reports.

    I don't know the backend setup that makes these different, but it is odd that I cannot do the same function in both report types. Unfortunately, filter reports have the multi-filter function but limit the fields I can filter on/include.

  12. Allow for custom donor reports!

    I have a lot of experience with other CRMs that allow me to easily see an overall picture of my donor- how much they give, where they give, etc. CommunitySuite doesn't allow for this and it is very limiting and makes me have to do extra work manually adjusting excel spreadsheets. As a fund development person, this is a very challenging aspect to the system. PLEASE allow for custom donor reports, what is the harm in allowing for that?

    Within Custom Reports, to assist in report management within our database, it would be nice on that main screen where it shows the ID, Name, Share, Employee, API, it would be great to have a last run date populate so that organizations know when the report was last used.

  14. Allow reports for Org roles to show if the role is active or not

    Currently you are able to set Org roles as inactive or active, but it is not reportable. This means when a report is built to list those associated with the org roles, it shows all profiles with no way of sorting the ones that are currently active. It would be great if we could filter by whether or not that are active, or how some indication (like italics) that show the difference.

  17. Correct Reporting for Public Securities

    When pulling a report for Public Securities if you have a donor that sold various securities on the same day as part of one single overall donation it lists it multiple times and creates improper reporting to our auditors.

    You should also be able to export this basic report from the Public Securities page instead of having to create a customer report.

  18. Export/Import Custom Report Selections

    It would really be nice if there was an option to export the selections in a custom report so that they could be imported back if needed. This would allow us to either design a report in the Sandbox, export the settings, and then import them in Live. Or maybe more commonly, retrieve the selections from Sandbox if you made changes in Live that you'd like to revert back to, available in the Sandbox.

  19. Public Security Sale Details Available for reporting

    Include the sale detail fields available on the public security report.
    Auditors want to see the audit trail of reciept, gift value and proceeds. The current report options do not allow for a report that shows the sale details

  20. When creating a custom report, return to where you last entered a filter to add a new one.

    It is really bothersome to have to scroll down through all the filters to get to the spot I just added one from, it would be nice when hitting add filter for a second, third, fourth time it would take you to where you were on the criteria listing instead of back to the top each time.
