Custom Reports: Opportunity Tasks & Notes
We currently don't have a way to get a report that shows both the opportunity tasks and their associated notes. Without this ability, any report available leaves out critical information, such as when tasks are completed, or when users enter a completion note. Can this be added?

Why only the Task ID and Name? The other fields should be easy to add to the custom report. It's like it was an oversight.

I know this is an old idea but would be great to be able to pull one report that pulls profile information and ALL opportunity related fields (including custom fields, and notes)

Yes!! We are pushing the use of opportunities and opportunity tasks right now. One report instead of three + Excel look-up tables would be much appreciated.

Could a custom report for Opportunity ALSO include available fields for Opp Task Names, associated Descriptions and Notes text, as well as fields for the Profile associated with the Opportunity?
Currently, there are 3 potential Custom Reports (Task, Note, Opportunity) we can use to pull out almost all of this information, but the Available Fields vary dramatically within each of these, and none give a full Opportunity view or export.
Task custom report: Pulls in the Label+ for the profile associated with the Opportunity, Opp Type Name field, Opp ID#, Opp Task Name field, Stage Name, AND Task Description text field
Note custom report pulls in:
Task Type Name field +
full Note Text field
Ref Name field shows Opportunity ID#, BUT no Label/Name etc field for the Profile associated with the Opportunity, and no Task Description fieldOpportunity custom report pulls in:
Profile ID#/Label etc fields
Stage Name
Opportunity Type Name, BUT no fields for Task Name, Task Description, or any Note fieldsFor full integrated reporting, one custom report should have all these possible Available Fields, with both names (of Stages, Task Type, Opportunity Type) and ID#s as options, and certainly with the ability to capture the 'full' contents of an Opportunity record with Note and Descriptions text.
