portal grant request
Change the term "Description" on an online grant request to "Grant Purpose." Description is too confusing and donors don't know what to enter in that field.

Profile type directory suggested improvements
First of all, THANK YOU for creating the profile type directory! I was super excited to find out it existed while at Summit. I would love for you to expand the capacity of it and make it similar in function to the Nonprofit Directory with the ability to decide what information to share--even if it was in the setup and not particular to one person/organization. For example, I would love to be able to share a person's name, title, workplace and address in addition to the phone and email. I appreciate you Chris and team!!

Enforce or Guide Household Naming Conventions in Giving Hub
When Household Giving is enabled in the Giving Hub, donors have the option to give as a household by selecting a radio button and entering household information.
However, donors often do not know how to properly format the household name, which can lead to:
-Duplicate households
-Inconsistent naming conventions
-Data cleanliness challenges for staffSuggested Enhancement:
Provide the ability to enforce or guide a standardized household naming format during entry
Examples of best practice formats:
-Last, First and First
-Last, First and Last, First (for different last names)Possible Solutions:
-Add format guidance text near the input field
-Allow admins…9 votes -
Email Confirmation for Pledge Form Submissions
When a donor submits a pledge through the Giving Hub, they see an on-screen confirmation, but no email confirmation is sent.
For donors, an email confirmation provides reassurance that their submission was received and gives them a record to reference. For foundation staff, it reduces inbound inquiries from donors wondering if their pledge went through.
A simple confirmation email triggered on pledge form submission would close this gap and bring the pledge experience in line with other Giving Hub workflows.

Optimize Additional Image field to format better on desktop and mobile
Please make the Additional Image field optimize better for desktop and mobile!
When the Additional Image is added to a fund page on desktop, it adds a ton of white space. On mobile, it expands and cuts off the image.
Since the fund image is best for square images, we use this field for rectangular shaped logos and banners. Between the two bad options for how it displays, it's not a very useful image field - which we desperately need to brand our funds!

Option to Hide Cover CC Fee Checkbox on Event Checkout
Currently, the cover credit card fee checkbox appears for all registrants during event ticket checkout and cannot be disabled at the event level. For foundations that do not want donors covering CC fees for specific events, the only option is to include messaging asking registrants to skip the checkbox -- which not everyone follows.
A toggle at the event level that controls whether the cover CC fee option displays during checkout would give foundations more control over the experience and eliminate the need for workaround messaging.

Legal Terms for Grant Requests Submitted through the Giving Hub
Currently, the Giving Hub setting that requires donors to review and agree to legal terms (one of CSuite’s latest releases) applies only to donations.
As a donor-directed Foundation, we require donors, each time they make a grant request, to approve and attest to the IRS written acknowledgment confirming that no services or benefits are received in exchange for a distribution.
Having this Giving Hub setting extend to grant requests submitted through the portal would allow for this process to be streamlined.

double the donation
We use Double the Donation as an external vendor to help donors find information for their company matching programs. It would be so helpful if there was an integration with Double the Donation and Foundant to share donor contact info.

Multiple Newsletter Campaigns on Giving Hub Checkout
Currently, CSuite allows only one marketing campaign to be designated as a newsletter, resulting in a single opt-in checkbox on the Giving Hub checkout screen. Many foundations manage multiple newsletters targeting different audiences or interests and have no way to offer donors a choice at checkout.
We would like the ability to:- Designate multiple marketing campaigns as newsletter campaigns.
- Display a separate opt-in checkbox for each designated newsletter campaign at checkout.
- Add a description at the campaign level to communicate what each newsletter covers, helping donors make an informed choice.
This would allow foundations to grow segmented subscriber lists organically…

Allow Multiple Promoted Fund Tiers/Groups on Donate Page
The current "Donate to a Fund" Giving Hub Page displays promoted Funds by default, with users able to view all non-private Funds by selecting "Show Additional Funds."
We would love the ability to further segment promoted Funds into two tiers/groups. Our preferred setup would be:
--Main page/default view: Internal Funds only ("Tier 1 Promoted")
--Additional tabs or sections beneath:
1). “Show Funds Actively Fundraising” (ideally with customizable tab text) ("Tier 2 Promoted")
2). “Show Additional Funds” (existing functionality)This would allow Community Foundations to better prioritize which Funds are highlighted on the primary giving page while still maintaining visibility and…

Mailchimp and Newsletter Opt In
It would be great if there was a way to sync those who check the newsletter opt in button on the giving hub to Mailchimp. Currently we are having to run a custom report to capture those profiles and manually add them to Mailchimp.

Make radio button options more visible on giving hub checkout
Please make the choice between individual vs household vs org more visible. They're easy to miss!
That, or add the option for a customizable header for further instruction.

Add option for customizable header on Giving Hub checkout page
We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.
That, or make the choices more visible. They're easy to miss!

Make Fund Type Visible in Giving Hub
One Big Beautiful Bill includes a new above-the-line charitable deduction for non-itemizers that goes into effect 1/1/26 which specifically excludes DAFs. Between now and then, we need Foundant to offer a solution for noting which funds are DAFs in the Giving Hub, so donors know whether their gift is actually going to be tax deductible for them. Possibly "Group" and/or "Donor Advised Y/N" could become visible.
NOTE: This is a customer service issue that will impact ALL Foundant clients that sponsor DAFs and use the Giving Hub.
Thanks! - TCF

Giving Hub Cover Fee Options - Per Fund setting
Update the Cover the Credit Card Fee Option in the Giving Hub to be a setting on each fund rather than a universal Giving Hub setting.
We turned this on for a corporate fund but not all fundholders want to offer this option.

Fundraising Campaign - move the fundraising campaigs to the Donate Tab on Giving Hub
Please have the Fundraising Campaign list in the Donation tab of the Giving Hub, or provide a way to sort campaigns in the events tab so that it is easy to distinguish between an event and a donation. It is confusing, and people think they are looking at event tickets.

Option to rename "login" button for Portal
Please add the option to rename the "login" button for the Portal when accessing from the Giving Hub.
When a fund advisor is logged in to the Portal and navigates to the Giving Hub through the "Donate" tab, it may appear as though they have been logged out since the button to return to the Portal says "Login." Being able to change the name of this tab would allow fund advisors to easily see where to click to get back to the Portal.

Featured Fund in Giving Hub Check Out to Seek Supplemental Donation
Beyond being able to promote funds in the grid of funds in the Giving Hub it would be great to have the ability to feature one fund (like the foundation's general fund) during the checkout process to encourage a supplemental contribution in addition to the fund the donor is choosing to support. You see this functionality often on giving day platforms as a way to "tip the host."

Add Cause/Category Filtering to the Public Giving Hub Fund List
We manage over 900 funds, and donors visiting our Giving Hub have no way to filter by cause area, grant type, or service area. For a donor interested in Animal Welfare, Arts & Culture, Education, or Disaster Relief, browsing an unfiltered list of 900+ funds is not a workable experience.
The data already exists in CSuite — grant type is assigned to every fund. We just need it surfaced as a filter on the public portal.
Some foundations have built custom fund directories outside the Giving Hub to solve this. At our scale, that workaround isn't feasible — it would…

Add a footer to the online donation page in Giving Hub.
It seems odd that there is a footer for the donation payment page and not the primary donation page for giving hub. We'd love to add some additional text at the bottom without having to employ a coder!
