Two individuals from the household are listed together in a single row
Hi,
Preparing profiles for screening through iWave or WealthEngine (both platforms that provide donor intelligence solutions to help organizations identify potential donors and optimize their fundraising strategies) typically takes about a month.
Why does it take that long? The software requires detailed information for both individuals in a household to be listed in the same row. This includes:
-First name, middle name, last name, nickname, and prefix
-Business details
-Phone numbers (home, mobile, and business)
-Email addresses
In addition to that, they request giving history: total giving, years of giving, number of gifts, last gift amount and date, as well as the largest gift amount and date.
When I prepared a file for iWave, just verifying and aligning the addresses and contact information alone took nearly a month due to the manual effort involved—especially moving the second individual's data into the same row as the first.
I have an upcoming project to conduct another wealth screening, and to be honest, I’m not looking forward to the extensive manual work required.
In GLM software, we have the flexibility to display data fields either horizontally or vertically. I strongly recommend considering a similar feature in CSuite—or exploring another solution—to help streamline this process.
Thank you for your consideration!

I agree and support this as it takes a huge amount of time for manual manipulation for the exported reports in order to achieve the results needed for alternate uses.
