  1. Add Steward to Tax Receipt Fields

    We have multiple stewards who would like to sign tax receipts. It would be great if we could have a field that pulls the steward first and last name into the letter. Title of steward would be great too but that isn't as important to me as just having the function to get the steward name on the letter.

  2. Build out Note reporting.

    We use notes to track donor, professional advisor, and grantee interactions. The current reporting includes a ton of "employee" fields but no biographical/name/etc. fields for the associated profile, forcing us to analyze the data entirely in excel.

  3. functional expense report financial view

    It would be much better if a functional expense report could be based on an income statement view. For example, for our audited statement of functional expenses, we condense the rows to approximately 12-14 categories. Currently we can't use the financial view to also get a functional expense report that breaks out the expense sub-accounts, by financial view account, into the different functions. Instead, we have to manually group the accounts into the proper categories. This manual process is very tedious and time consuming. Using the pivot table as suggested does not accomplish this either.

  4. tasks

    Create options besides "done" for retiring tasks.

    When a task is abandoned for legit reasons, it would be great to be able to mark it as such. Also, When a task was added by someone who is no longer a user and it does not make sense to reassign the task to someone else, it would be great to be able to delete it. Only having "done" as a method for retiring tasks from active status leaves a misleading record of what activity occured.

  5. Bulk Edit Fund Screen

    It would be great to have the ability to freeze the fund names on the left hand "name" column when bulk editing funds. Currently when you scroll to the right you lose the names of the funds you are trying to edit and it's really difficult to complete edits.

  6. Reports - Tasks - great output but we need the field "created by" so we know who is assigned to each task.

    Reports - Tasks - great output but we need the field "created by" so we know who is assigned to each task. Also, on the MY TASKS list page, we need a column for the field "Task Object" (the profile to which the task is linked) otherwise the User/Creator sees the list of tasks but has not idea to whom each task is linked at a glance.

  7. 4th Equity bucket

    In Canada many foundations put the interest & earnings from the investment pool into a stand-alone equity account as a reserve or capital stabilization account. CSuite can only support 3 defined equity accounts. In order to put this into the account each month it is a manual journal entry from the default fund balance equity account to the 4th equity account. If the system were able to support this 4th equity bucket/account it would allow this process to be more automated; reduce manual intervention & risk for errors.

  8. Ability to Delete a Task

    PLEASE - build in the ability to build a task. We have recently had several deceased individuals with tasks and opportunities assigned. We need to be able to delete them, rather than marking them as done. This is so important due to the fact that we are tracking our tasks completed for board reporting and so simply cannot mark something as done that was not, and no longer needs to be done.

    It would be helpful if the Task Page defaulted to "All My Tasks" so that we could see our upcoming to-do list with one click instead of just the tasks for that day.

  10. Share a File Attachment under Grants

    We have started scanning our grant documentation and attaching it under each grant. This appears to be the ONLY place that there is no option to share the file and push it out to the Fund Advisor Portal.

    Can we add that functionality? It seems like it would be the same concept as sharing on the voucher page where it pushes to that fund's portal.

  11. Add Tribute Name and Donation ID Fields to {{For Each Item}} Area of Donation Template

    Please add the tribute name and donation ID fields to the {{for each item}} area of donation templates. Currently, donors can give multiple donations and multiple tributes during one online checkout. Only one tribute name and donation ID appears in their tax receipt. Please add the tribute name and donation ID fields to the {{for each item}} area of donation templates so any and all tribute names and donation IDs will appear in their tax receipt. Thanks.

  12. Scholarship Description Merge Field

    We would love to be able to merge the scholarship description into our scholarship letter. This helps the schools know more about the award and why the student was chosen, as well as how the award can be used. This field is not currently available to pull into templates, but would improve our workflow!

  13. Task list should show profile

    I'd like to see a column with the profile name when looking at my task list. I know the task itself is hyperlinked to the profile, but I don't always want to go to the profile, just want to see the name of it.

  17. Need additional fields for noncash gifts on the yearly tax receipt

    When we generate receipts for noncash gifts, we do not provide a value for the gift, only a description. When we generate a yearly tax receipt for donors with some noncash gifts, it just populates the cash value. Some additional fields around payment type would allow us to use merge logic to solve this, or the public security fields could be included on the yearly tax receipt template.

  19. Task type note as option in task customized reports

    Would it be possible to be able to add as an option to include task type notes (the ones that you can fill in when completing a task) in the customized task reports? There is no other way to search/view them, so you wouldn't necessarily know there is a note attached.

  20. Integrate Stripe Point of Sale for Events

    We have a Stripe credit card swiper as well as a Paypal version for use at events. It would be great if the Stripe model could be integrated with CSuite to easily take credit card donations at events.
