Recognition Name Not Shown on the Fund Portal
The Recognition Name is not shown as a column on the Contributions tab of the Fund Portal. When the information is exported, the Recognition Name is shown, but that isn’t something that a fund rep is going to do every time they access the portal to look at donations. Donors are misled into thinking that the Recognition Name is being shared with the fund rep, when, in actuality, the fund rep has to make an effort to find it. Can this be added?

Fund Advisor Portal Enhancements Please
Although the current fund advisor portal element of the C-Suite platform does offer fundholders the opportunity to make grant advisements, the process is not very engaging and the design appears to the user as more of a back-office accounting process, rather than an engaging user experience. This is resulting in limited use by fundholders, resulting in more manual processing in the advisement and accounting work required in approving the advisements and processing the grant payments. Rename Unsubmitted Grant Requests to Grant Cart
Rename Unsubmitted Grant Requests to Grant Cart ... people are used to having a cart. Right now we have to check the "list cart" to make sure donors aren't leaving intended grants in their cart. Also, any thoughts to send emails to donors if they have an unsubmitted grant in their cart to remind them? Like you receive if you left something in your shopping cart?

notes on donor portal
Please link donation notes so they are viewable in the donor portal. It is labor-intensive to have to compile all the notes for a particular fund and send them on to the fund founder. We recently had 168 gifts made in a donor's memory and had to pull these into a separate file to share with his widow.

Allow bulk updates via imports on profile, grants, voucher, and fund tables. This already exist for custom fields but not all fields.

Donor Portal - rename it in Foundant to Donor Portal from Fund Advisor
Can the "Fund Advisor" section when viewing a fund be renamed to "Donor Portal" to more accurately reflect it's function? We have different levels of Fund Advisors. True advisors, statement recipients only, etc. Not everyone connected to a fund is a Fund Advisor which creates confusion within the system.

Add Decision Date to Front End Grant & Scholarship Imports
For the clients that are using decision date on the grants & scholarships without having GLM or SLM there is no way to set the decision date via the front-end imports. It would be beneficial to be able to import into this field with the front-end imports to allow for efficient processing of grants & scholarships. As it is right now once those records are imported the decision date has to be manually updated 1 by 1 in CSuite.

Recurring grants
Our old software isolated recurring grants in the donor portal which was very helpful for the donors/fundholders. It would be great if the donor/fundholder didn't need to scroll down on the grants tab to view recurring grants in the middle of multiple rows of grants listed but instead have a separate tab to "manage/view recurring grants".

FA Portal: Change Label For "Fund Advisor" on Portal - Not Everyone with Access to the Portal is an Advisor
On the Fund Portal at the top the text says Fund Advisors for anyone who has access. This is confusing as many people with access are not Advisors (for example statement recipients for Designated funds). Please change this text to say something like Fund Access. This label is causing some of our people with fund access confusion about what level of access/advisory privileges they have. Fund Advisor is a specific term for Donor Advised Funds.

Option to not show donation amount in graphs on donor advisor portal
The graphs on the fund advisor portal are great....except that we do not share donation amounts with the fund advisor. If you hold your cursor over the graph for donations, it shows the amount. Could we have the option to turn this off? Or have more options about what we could have on each portal? It might be nice for some just to have their grant history. The graphs are very impressive & we think our advisors will appreciate the visual.

Recurring Donation - give donors option to end or change amount on portal
It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.

Continue to show grant as "in process" rather than "paid" until the check is actually posted.

grant catalog card view
Love the new card view for the Grant Catalog. Would love to have this same view for the Fund Manager portal as well so when a fund advisor logs into their fund portal and clicks the Grant Catalog link, the catalog would be in card style like the donation portal of Fund Listing, Grant Catalog, Events, and Nonprofits since we don't use Stripe.

ability to make a grant from the fund advisor portal grant history page
When a Fund Advisory clicks on an organization in their grant history with the intention of making another grant please add a link/option directly on this screen so that they have the ability to make the grant request. Currently there is no streamlined process for this - they have to leave this screen and go to the Make A Grant Recommendation tab.

Recurring Donations - Allow Donors to Edit
I just spoke to a donor who expressed their frustration with not being able to adjust their recurring donation after it is set up - it would be a great option to our recurring donors if they could easily change the date payments are drafted, donation amount, as well as the card being used. Is this already possible and I have somehow missed it? Thanks!

Add Non-Notify Tribute Name to Contribution information on the Fund Advisor Portal
We were very excited to see Tribute Names show up on the fund advisor portal behind the donation description.
However, now that you implemented the Non-Notify Tribute, the non-notify name is no longer showing up on the Fund Advisor Portal in Contribution Details.
Even if there is no one to notify, we still want to make that information available to our fund holders.

Journal Entry Import
Journal Entry imports, which allow for a main description and other ones, is only accepting the main description and populating that on each entry in the import. Would be preferred to have a unique description on each entry.

New User records should default to "Individual" profile types rather than "Organization" profile types
New "User" records should create an associated "Individual" profile type rather than an "Organization" profile type.
Why does adding a new "User" to CSuite create an "Organization" profile type? Our users are people (individuals). Every time we hire new staff we have to manually convert the profile record to an individual type, and then change the profile's "org" name from "John Smith" to "Community Foundation for...". The default should be an individual record type.

Please allow styling of the Your Ticket tab donation portal; we would like to be able to have consistent logos and banners on that tab to match the other tabs.
