Grant Catalog Donate vs. Grant Request Options
In the new portal, when a grant catalog is visible to fund advisors there are two options after you choose to donate to the grant catalog - 1. complete a donation through the Giving Hub, 2. choose Grant Request to request a grant through the fund advisor's DAF. We currently only market our Grant Catalogs to our DAF holders to encourage them to use their DAF spendables to support local non-profits. It is confusing to have both options available. Could the "Donate" option be turned on or off at our discretion instead of always included?

We have completely reimagined the Grant Catalog with comprehensive updates designed to support Give Day campaigns and provide greater flexibility in grant management.
Detail Tab Enhancements:Fund Integration: Added Fund field to Grant Catalog, enabling setup of dedicated catalog funds for streamlined grant organization.
Grant Type Categories: Redesigned functionality to use Grant Types as categories, allowing categories to display at the top of grant catalogs populated from Grantee or Fund records.
Request Form Customization: New Request Form Options provide complete control over required fields for grantees, including the ability to relabel input fields for a better user experience.
Fund Management Tools:Add/Remove Fund Menu: New left-side menu option simplifies fund filtering and catalog management.
Enhanced Fund Selection:
- View funds with Fund Summaries for informed selection.
- Use the Summary checkbox to include fund information in the grant catalog.
- Streamlined Add Fund process moves selected funds directly to the catalog.
Bulk Fund Removal: Remove multiple funds at once using checkboxes or select-all functionality.
Grantee Management:Add/Remove Grantees: New left-side menu options for efficient grantee catalog management with filtering capabilities.
Bulk Operations: Add or remove grantees individually or in bulk using checkbox selections.
Bulk Approval: Process multiple submitted requests simultaneously for faster grant management.
Request Management:Add/Remove Requests: Filter and manage grantee requests with new bulk operations.
Automated Grant Creation: Adding requests from filtered nonprofit lists automatically creates grants for each selected grantee.
Nonprofit Directory Integration: When adding requests, choose to use short or long descriptions from the Nonprofit Directory listing.
