Edit campaign after tickets created
We would like to be able to edit a campaign after tickets are created. Currently, we cannot edit any information on the "Details" tab once tickets are created. Sometimes, we need to make slight changes to descriptions or event names and cannot do this once tickets have been added to the event.

Ability to add campaign after voucher is posted
It would be great to have the ability to add a campaign during the voucher process AND to be able to add to a posted voucher if not added at time of creation.

Upload auction items via spreadsheet
We would love to be able to upload out auction items via a spreadsheet instead of entering items individually. This would be a huge timesaver.

campaign tax receipt
When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

Edit Guest Fields on Tickets in Campaigns
For some of our events we would like to eliminate the need for registrants to have to add addresses when we only need their name and email addresses. It's a lot of work when we don't need it.

It would be great if campaigns could change or show the date as per the date on the ticket, not the actual campaign end date.

Export Outstanding Contributors List in Campaigns
It would be great to export a list of folks that have yet to contribute/donate/buy tickets in a campaign for the purpose of being able to quickly have list to refer to in order to send follow ups etc.

Campaign Ticket Guests
Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:
1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:
2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)
3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

Eliminate multiple mailing labels in campaigns
When generating mailing labels or exporting mailing labels to CSV in a campaign, it pulls both Primary and Mailing addresses for the same profile. We would prefer it to pull Mailing as the default, and Primary only when there isn't a Mailing address.

Sort event registrations by date registered
It would be helpful if there was a way to sort registration attendees by date and time they registered. We have more than 100 people attending an event right now and there is no way to tell when new people have registered. I am constantly reviewing this list to see if I recognize new names which can be very tedious.

Exporting the request field in the CSV Export from the Campaign
We created a work-around since we can't use organization names for registration by adding it as a request. However, when I export the CSV report to review registration, that field is not included. Please add this field to that export process.

On Profiles Engagement tab, 'Add To Campaign' option, have the Campaign ID as the clickable link instead of End Date
When trying to add a profile to a Campaign by going to the Engagement tab from within the profile record, and choosing 'Add to Campaign', the only clickable link is the Campaign End Date. Not all Campaigns have an end date and those that don't, can't be chosen.
Better to use the Campaign ID as the clickable link so all Campaigns can be chosen on this screen.8 votes -
Adding an additional column for Registration beside RSVP and Attended
To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.10 votes -
Auction- Add a Second Account # Field
When adding an Auction to a Campaign, you are currently only able to enter one account # (I add Auction Non-Deductible). Due to this the donation portion does not go to the correct fund. I have to manually go in and override each donation portion from contribution to Auction Deductible.

In Campaigns, allow for bulk deleting of profiles that do not have rsvp 'yes'
Add ability to bulk delete profiles that do not have rsvp 'yes' in a Campaign so only those profiles that are expected at an event are on the list. This would be hugely helpful at event check in to make the process move quickly. Also add option to sort by guest last name in the Campaign profiles tab.

Campaign exports
It would be great if the email export included the name on the file. We do lots of email communications, not through Mailchimp, and I have to export the whole file and delete all the extraneous information to get to just name and email address. OR give us a custom report or way to pull the specific fields we want in the export. Even the full export has lots of information I don't care about and must get rid of before giving to my communications person.
1 voteThis sounds like a great use of the Campaign Profile custom report. You would be able to create a report with the columns you need and filter to a specific campaign. All reports can be exported.

Search option for online purchases
If the customer has the option to "search existing accounts" (aka existing profiles) before they create a new account to purchase event tickets, we could avoid duplicates.

Receiving a notification for guest's name updates
It would be great if we received a notification when the registrar adds or edits a guest's name. It is beneficial to update the name tags.
