Allow a Ticket Cap
Allow a ticket cap to be implemented so that there is a maximum amount of tickets that can be claimed in one transaction.

We would appreciate this being added - sometimes we have events where we are only wanting to invite a couple (not their kids) for example, but they can add more tickets when they sign up.
