"search by" box for campaign list
Good morning! Instead of scrolling down a list or using the 'find' on the browser to search for campaigns, could we have a 'search' box on top of the campaign list screen? For example, when we need to "add" a profile to a campaign, can we have the 'drop' box option to type in the name of the campaign instead of using the 'find' browser button, or scroll down a long list of campaigns. Thank you!

primary contact for campaign reports
Good afternoon,
An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.4 votes -
Enable RSVP "No" for events
Right now people only have the option to "purchase" the ticket to indicate that they are RSVP-ing "Yes". It would be extremely helpful to have some way for people to indicate that they RSVP "No."
The "RSVP" field under a campaign currently populates based on Yes/No they have responded (bought a ticket) as opposed to Yes/No if they are attending.
My larger hope would be that this field is used to see either:
1) they RSVP'ed "yes" and plan to attend,
2) they RSVP'ed "no" and cannot attend, or
3) they have not RSVP'ed at allPerhaps there could be…

event ticket fields required
20+ pages of ideas for events should raise a concern that the current campaign solution is quite inadequate.
Several fields for in-person events are not set up with a radio button allowing us to make them required. We cannot make guests' names (first and last) and main entree choices in Requests required. This causes extra work for our two-person organization that the software could prevent with basic modifications.

campaign start time
Currently, when setting up a campaign, the date that shows in the event registration first page to add tickets shows the end date of the event. However, the time that displays is the start time of the event, making this very confusing and doesn't align with the information being entered for the fields showing on the ticketing page. Suggestion is to fix the date showing noted as START DATE to align with the START TIME. The next screen that allows selecting the number of tickets should then reflect the END DATE and END TIME for ticket sales.

QR Code Use Analytics
It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.
This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

Fundraising Campaign - Giving Levels
We need to modify giving levels for a fundraising campaign. As is right now, fundraising campaigns follow the system wide giving hub giving levels. Even if we set specific giving levels on the fund tied to the fundraising campaign, the levels shown on the campaign still default to the default giving hub levels, not the fund.

Create "Convert to Household" button in campaigns!
Please create a "convert to household" button in campaign to easily convert individual profiles to household profiles (with household members) added as guest. Sometimes individual profiles are pulled in from a profile type and there's not option to bring in the household. It would be great to just scroll down the list of profiles in the campaign, see who is in a household, and add the household (with household members as guest) with just one click! (We have a workaround for this now, but it's time consuming!!)

Fundraising Campaigns - Campaign Profiles Tab/Profile Engagement Tab
Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

Fundraising Campaigns - Recurring Donations
Love the new fundraising campaign option! Is it possible to add a recurring donation option to these campaigns? Even better, could there be suggested levels of recurring donations? Thank you!

widget
With the launch of the new Fundraising campaigns, I would love for it to give the capability to export a script code for a widget that would allow some of our fundholders to fundraise on their own websites. We work with a variety of donors that have existing websites and would like the option of a widget to live on their site.

Archiving Campaigns
I wish archiving campaigns was easier than the multiple steps that it is now. If it could be a toggle on the main page, it would be less time consuming.

Fundraising Campaign - Goal Thermometer
We noticed the new feature you added for using Campaigns in fundraising—it's a great addition and works well for efforts like the annual appeal or other targeted campaigns. It would be even more exciting and engaging if a goal thermometer could update in real time as gifts are received. That visual element could really help boost motivation and momentum!

Campaigns for programming sign-up
We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.
- Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
- Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
- Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
- If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?
- Can we skip the screen that comes…

Mailchimp Tag Syncing from campaigns are adding Do Not Email profiles
We recently used the mailchimp tag syncing for an event to add the initial invite list. Some of the attendees added were marked in CSuite as Do Not Email, but the sync still added the new tag to their email in Mailchimp so some got the email that did not want them. Just like the csv export, all the emails of any Do Not Email profile should be excluded from the sync so they both should not be added to the audience if they are not on it and they should not be updated with the campaign tag if they…

campaign budget
Since we are able to run income statements for Campaigns, it would be nice to create a budget as well. We hold events and use this option and each event usually has their own budget. - I know you archived but this is extremely IMPORTANT.
