GLM Evaluator portal Process filter and sort order
When an evaluator uses the Process filter on the dashboard, completes and saves an evaluation form, then clicks the Next Pending Evaluation button, the next one may not be from that filtered Process. Please make it so the Process filter pulls through to when the evaluation forms are advance to the next request.
Also, it would be much better for evaluators if the sort by organization on the dashboard would pull through to when they go into evaluation forms so Next Pending Evaluation button takes them to the next request that is alphabetical by organization name.

Evaluations
When evaluators are assigned to grant applications making sure the mandatory fields are completed, if not, giving them an alert before they can submit/finish.

Ability to individually close an Evaluation stage, when you are using both Evaluation stages. For example, Evaluation 1 is to be completed, and "locked down" so the Evaluator cannot change their answers when they are completing Evaluation 2. This impacts the "integrity" of the review.

Evaluator score columns needed
We need side-by-side columns for our evaluators so that they can see how their individual application score compares to the group of evaluators' average score. Only the person in the admin role can see the average group score. And, if the admin is also an evaluator, things get messy quickly in a meeting. An admin/evaluator can never see both their individual score column and the average score column without flipping between roles. Having the ability to see individual scores and average scores on ONE PAGE in side-by-side columns will greatly help with our evaluation meetings and enable us to make…

Admin Editing of LOI/Application Form Fields During Evaluation Process
We'd be grateful if there was a way for the admin to edit LOIs/applications from within the evaluation process (ie. the double-pane view), without having to back out into the org's overview and click in from there to edit the form (and then click back into evaluation mode to get to the next form). We have some internal review fields attached to the LOI, rather than to the LOI evaluation, so that we can carry those fields forward to subsequent parts of the process and have them copied into subsequent processes. We use these fields for tracking demographic and sector…

Enable administration of a "blinded" review without having to update Application form multiple times (i.e., visibility of questions for Applicant, visibility for Evaluation 1 blinded review, visibility for Evaluation 2 unblinded). Since there is one Application form ("master") this is very challenging and presents potential for errors.

SLM: Adding Upload Responses to Quick Grid Views
We would like to request that Upload Responses, such as transcripts, be added to the Submitted and Complete bucket Quick Grid Views. Often, we need to pull transcripts or other uploads quickly, and it's difficult to go into each student's application to search, view, and download transcripts. If the uploads appeared in the Quick Grid View, we would be able to view these uploads more efficiently.

Evaluator view grid
I heard from an Evaluator who was frustrated with the view of a grid/table on his evaluator view. As he was working in the side-by-side (evaluator/application) view, he coudln't see any of the content of the (in this case) Student Activities grid. There was content in boxes that he wanted to see but the dropdown carrot took up most of the space and he couldn't read the student replies.
Getting rid of the carrots would probably help but just in general, some way to better view the contents of a grid format answer would be wonderful.

visibility of forms
We use a two-step evaluation process which involves two different groups of evaluators, one for each step. Once the first group evaluates the LOI we would like to restrict the visibility of that form from the second group of evaluators.
Right now that requires going into each question and table row or column and updating the visibility, a very time-consuming and tedious job, between the two evaluation phases.
It would be great if we could alter the visibility at the form level, overriding field by field visibility settings. That would allow us to basically turn the LOI form off after…

Hide Score Column on the Evaluator Dashboard
We definitely need the ability to add at least three custom columns - 2 is just too few. But while we are limited in the number of columns we can add, it is heartbreaking to have a precious Evaluator column wasted on a system column we don't use. Additionally, because this particular column is there we can't use the Scoring question type, because it will populate this columns with numbers that won't mean anything to our Evaluators and will confuse them. We rank on a 1 through 4 scale with 1 the highest and 4 the lowest - only the…

Customize Project Name Field
I would love to be able to edit the "Project Name" Field for our evaluators. Right now I change the "Project Name" within the application, but for our evaluators, the bar still reads "Project Name"

project management
What would really help us (and I'm not sure in which category to include this idea) would be a tab that allows for a project management view for administrators & reviewers. More specifically, to visualize where we are in the different steps of the process after approval of the proposal: recommendation sent to Board; Board approved; grant agreement prepared. This would really help our team to see where in the grant management process we are. Or is this already available and haven't I found it yet?

Applicant Filter
From the SLM Dashboard we have the ability to Filter by Processes. In the same way it would be great to be able to Filter by Applicant.
We do not use universal application so this filter would allow us to group, screen and use Batch options based on an applicant name.
2 votesWe recently introduced Filters to the workload grids. Through these filters, you can narrow down the list by applicant name. Reach out to support@foundant.com to learn more, and please let us know if this helps you manage your workflows.

Additional Evaluations
We have several stages of evaluation; the two evaluations are not sufficient for us to be able to understand and assess applications effectively. It would be helpful if we could add additional evaluations, as needed, by process.

It would be helpful to have a grading mechanism at the organizational level; i.e.: consider strongly, consider, don't consider.

Reviewer assignments -suggestion for reviewers to access app's at later date
It would be great to be able to assign reviewers to applications on X date, but for the reviewers to not be able to access the applications until a later date and time that could be set in Foundant.

Landscape Orientation for PDFs of Evaluation Forms
In our evaluation forms, we stick rubric tables inside the instruction sections of each question. It displays perfectly online, but when the evaluation forms are converted to PDF, the rubrics spill beyond the page.
Could you please add an option to generate PDFs in landscape orientation? Or tweak your PDF builder to scale / wrap instructions to fit inside the page?
Thanks.

Allow branching in evaluators
It would be great if the software could allow evaluators to be assigned based on branching. For example, if we created an application that the first portion was basic information about an organization (i.e. organization history, board makeup, etc), but then we had a branching question for them to select which one of our grant programs they were applying for (and allow them to select multiple options that would then trigger specific questions for those grant programs). There could be the option to assign the different grant-specific branch of questions to different evaluators - basically have multiple evaluators assigned but…

Remove "Rating" as a required field for Evaluations
Remove the Rating system from Evaluations as a required field.
Our Evaluations never show as Complete even when they are because we do not use a rating system to evaluate grants.2 votes -
evaluator
Maybe this exists already....it would be so helpful to be able to filter evaluators by process - we have a committee for each grant and clicking through each time while referring to the original committee list is cumbersome. If I could filter evaluators to only show the ones who would score a particular grant program, I could get through assignments much quicker.
