Evaluators able to view follow-ups
Would like to be able to have evaluators review/access last year's follow-up reports for a process. Right now we download them all and put them in a drobox for review.

We do a similar thing; we download them all and put them in GLM's shared documents for review, but it would be really nice for the evaluators to be able to view them themselves.
