Allow an internal process application to be submitted or completed
I would like all grants to go through each status without skipping one. Please add a submit button and a complete button to the internal process applications. This will allow us to choose where we would like the application to move on the dashboard.

Thanks.

Show Decision Status
Show Decision Status: current setting applies to entire site (available under site settings). Moving this setting to the Process Manager and allowing it to be set individually on each process would open up more flexibility to accommodate different foundation's workflows.
Example: two grant programs are open at the same time. one is a rolling basis application process with fast turn around. the other is a quarterly LOI process involving board meetings. the ideal use of "show decision status" for these two programs would be vastly differently; yet the software is forcing one setting for all.

New applicant dashboard
With the New Applicant Dashboard feature, we would love to be able to manually change the status of a request on the Request Panel to Action Needed, even if there is no assigned follow-up form associated with the request. Sometimes, we have applicants that submit requests, and we do a first round due diligence check that requires follow-up on the back end via email with no official form, but action may still needed from the applicant. Under the New Applicant Dashboard feature, these requests would fall under the No Action column even though action is needed, there is just no…

Show Decision Status
Instead of a site-wide setting of showing the decision status and follow-up forms "x" days after the decision is made, it would be helpful to be able to set a particular DAY the decisions will be visible. This would allow us to approve and assign forms over a span of the scholarship cycle but NOT alert the student until a particular day. We would be able to better communicate with students, and high schools, on when awards will be announced. (Example, I could do the administrative work on our end from April 10th thru 28th, but all notifications and forms…

Close Applications
We would like the ability to 'Close' an application, rather than 'abandon' or 'deny'. We leverage GLM to have a General Inquiry, which we then copy applications to different processes depending on a conversation with the applicant. Once we're done - not moving forward through the system, it causes confusion for the applicant to see the original as denied/abandoned.

Differentiate between applicant-abandoned and administrator-abandoned applications
I would like to see the ability to run a report that differentiates between applications that are applicant-abandoned vs. admin-abandoned. Use case: We had to close several opportunities after they opened. Students who had already applied (or had applications in-progress) were notified, and their applications were abandoned (admin-abandoned). In some cases, a student had abandoned an application prior, and it would be helpful for a report to show whether the abandon was initiated by the applicant or by an admin.

Add a status to Application
I'd like to have an additional bucket I can put LOIs and Applications in that shows I've reviewed the application and there's an issue. As it is now, if it's in "Submitted", it implies we haven't looked at it yet, and if it's in "Complete" it implies there's no issue. I realize GLM was designed so that if there is an issue with an LOI/Application, we revert it to Draft status so the applicant can correct the issue, but in an effort to be as burdenless as possible, we often just reach out with an email and ask them to…

add a pop up when you click Application Incomplete to say "are you sure? this will revert the application to Draft" or a popup similar to when you merge an org. and have to type MERGE to confirm.

Grantee Failed to Complete Follow-up
Some of our grantees have failed to submit a Follow-Up /Report. Rather than erase them or having them stay perpetually in draft form, can Foundant add an option to mark as "Failed to Complete." Perhaps we could also add a "Waived" option. Many thanks!

LOI decline vs application decline
We would love to be able to see whether a past grant was declined at the LOI stage or the application stage on the organization summary page. Currently, the application status simply says "denied" if a grant was declined, but for us it is important to know at which stage a past grant was declined. As it is now, we have to go through multiple steps, looking at what we have from the applicant and determining if it is a full application. Simply stating that information on the organization summary page would make this an even better "at a glance"…
