Show Decision Status
Instead of a site-wide setting of showing the decision status and follow-up forms "x" days after the decision is made, it would be helpful to be able to set a particular DAY the decisions will be visible. This would allow us to approve and assign forms over a span of the scholarship cycle but NOT alert the student until a particular day. We would be able to better communicate with students, and high schools, on when awards will be announced. (Example, I could do the administrative work on our end from April 10th thru 28th, but all notifications and forms would go to students on April 30th; whereas doing it with the current set-up of number of days -- lets say 10 -- would result in some notifications going out on the 20th, some the 22nd, some the 28th, some not until May 8th).

I agree with Lacey - moving the "show decision status" to the process manager would be a great update. Thank you!

The site setting for "show decision status" needs to move over to the Process Manager level and be able to be set individually by process. Issue: running multiple grant programs with different timelines simultaneously is cumbersome in Foundant. Example: process "fast track arts" is rolling basis and those grants last went out mid-May, as quick simple grants and forms, with a show decision status of 0 days. At the same time, another process "standard grants" had awards decided too but those grants are large, multi year, and more complicated; 25 day decision status is more appropriate to allow a team of foundation staff to review and complete all details. Unfortunately, that 25 days setting change means right now the applicant dashboard for "fast track" grantees shows a reverted status back to "undecided" which worries grantees and they reach out to us concerned. Thank you for considering this change. It was previously submitted but archived.
