Allow Initial Submit Date on Evaluation Assigned page to be the date that organization submitted their LOI or Application so evaluators can see at a glance when LOI's or Applications were submitted.

Sync documents to C-Suite
It would be great to be able to attach documents to a GLM request to sync over to C-Suite. We require grant approval documented in C-Suite before paying on grants and this would keep our workflow contained within Foundant.

SLM Committee Overhaul
We would like to see an overhaul of the SLM Committee features. It would be great if we could see the email address associated with the committee members within each committee, drill into each user directly, and have some type of drill in from the Universe or vice versa.

Landscape Orientation for PDFs of Evaluation Forms
In our evaluation forms, we stick rubric tables inside the instruction sections of each question. It displays perfectly online, but when the evaluation forms are converted to PDF, the rubrics spill beyond the page.
Could you please add an option to generate PDFs in landscape orientation? Or tweak your PDF builder to scale / wrap instructions to fit inside the page?

Email Confirmation
It would be nice to have the ability to change the email confirmation sent to a new user. We find most applicants select "Continue without checking" resulting in emails sent through Foundant ending up in their spam folder.

Add deletion confirmation for Reporting Data Sets
Add a pop up window that confirms deletion of a Reporting Data Set. It's far too easy to accidentally hit the delete button instead of the edit button - and per support, it is not possible to recover a deleted Reporting Data Set.

Filter Processes
I would like to be able to filter the list of processes in Process Manger by 'Process Name', 'Visibility', 'Start Date', and 'End Date' (like it is possible to filter columns in an excel workbook)

Ability to see if a user is Currently logged in
I would like to be able to see if a user is currently logged in.
In a UA, I can tell when a student has missed submitting part of their applications. It would be nice to see if they are still logged in, or if they left it and I can send my email telling what they still need to do.

Reminder email to applicants 7 days after submission of universal application
It would be wonderful to be able to send an automatic reminder email to applicants 7 days after their submission of the universal application to remind them of the next steps in the process and to remind them to be sure to log in and complete any supplemental requests for information required for specific opportunities.

Allow branching in evaluators
It would be great if the software could allow evaluators to be assigned based on branching. For example, if we created an application that the first portion was basic information about an organization (i.e. organization history, board makeup, etc), but then we had a branching question for them to select which one of our grant programs they were applying for (and allow them to select multiple options that would then trigger specific questions for those grant programs). combine two due date spots in UAs
Within Universal Applications, there are two spots that due dates must be updated, both within the Summary section and then also within the Application section. These due dates do not update when one is updated which creates confusion. I thought I had updated the due date on our Universe (on the Summary tab) before posting the UA for applications, but then noticed that students' drafts were showing a past-due error for last year's due date. I had to hunt around to figure out where the old due date was stored and ask Support for help to figure out how to…

Move Requests With Follow-Ups to Different Organization
This functionality was previously available before the update to allow multiple organizations for one user account. This is useful when we have national organizations which apply on behalf of smaller local organizations - oftentimes they will complete the grant agreements and other initial follow-ups, and then the local organization would take over managing reporting for the rest of the lifecycle of the grant award. This is also applicable to fiscal sponsors that manage multiple awards for various organizations, and it makes it easier for us to break them out by each program when pulling reports as needed.

Allow top-level grant managers to assign (or re-assign) applications to GMs lower on the Organization Chart
When using the 'My Organization Chart' feature in GLM, would be nice to allow top-level GMs to assign or re-assign applications to lower-level GMs within their team.

"organization changed" administrator notification, don't copy org primary
For the "organization changed" event type notification, it would be nice to have the option to send a notification to GLM Administrator ONLY, and not copy the the organization's primary contact.
There are many cases when I would like to be notified of organization updates, to ensure they're done correctly or to turnover in an organization, but would not be appropriate to copy the org primary.

Processes
Hello, I would like to suggest to add a function that will allow to re-order the filter for processes (not process manager). If processes have years currently the old processes will appear at the top and new processes at the bottom. And as we work more on new processes as older processes are almost complete, the function to re-order them will be very helpful. Thank you

multi fund awards
I would like to be able to add a second award to a grant that has been partially funded, even if the first payment has been made. We make grants from committee, but then offer the opportunity to fulfill grants that aren't funded or only partially funded to our donor-advised funds. They appreciate the opportunity, but their decisions might be made months later. To maintain the full history of that grant request and response, i would like to make a second award, but I can't. make add form dialog box movable
When my list of forms that are available for copy pops up, it covers up data i sometimes need (i'm usually updating multiple processes at a time and don't always remember which process i'm in). It would be great if i could move that dialog box around. Also, hope to see those filters soon! :-)

Improve Table Questions Appearance in Custom Columns
Please improve the way currency table fields appear in custom columns. We used to have a "total amount requested" question on our applications that we used in custom columns. We could sum the total requests and have an quick sense of the requests coming in - a very useful tool. This year we "updated" to a table question (Year 1 Request + Year 2 Request = "total amount requested"). Even though the table fields are formatted to be currency, the autocalculated "total amount requested" shows up as text in a custom column. It is hard to tell, is that a…
