  1. Is there a way in GLM when sending an email to have the reply come back into the system so that it is recorded? Currently, I input my outlook email address in the "Reply To" but that does not pull into the GLM. I would like to be able to keep track of responses in a more seamless manner.

  2. In our organization, we ask for applicants to self-report information and to also provide an uploaded document or image that shows proof of what has been entered. In the current configuration, the document viewer window is stationary and does not allow administrators to move the viewer to the side in a way that allows them to also view the application in a side-by-side format.   3. New applicants should have the ability to copy applications from previous users. As of right now, new applicants/users can see the history but have to completely reapply instead of copying previous information over. Nonprofits will not always have the same person applying for funds year after year and if a new user is assigned as an applicant to an organization/nonprofit, they should have the same abilities as those before them.

  5. I see a number of ideas previously posted in the IdeaLab back to 2015 that ask for this, but all seem to have been closed out. It would be great in the Payment Tracking tab to be able to search and sort by the date the payment is actually made, rather than the installment due date. If we have a payment due January 1 and then pay it in December, for example, it's quite a process to do reconciling later because the due date and payment date are in different years.   7. In the process manager, there is currently 2 buckets for processes to live:
    -Available
    -Archive

    We'd like to see a third option for processes to live for historical management:
    -Available/Active
    -Unavailable/Inactive
    -Archive/Historical

    We have processes that have gone through several updates over time. It would be nice to keep what we need in Available/Active and Unavailable/Inactive buckets but older version in Archive/Historical that are not so forward facing. Not available on the immediate search area/filter area. A place for historical process to go and live instead of deleting or saving a PDF version on our internal drives.

  8. We use a two-step evaluation process which involves two different groups of evaluators, one for each step. Once the first group evaluates the LOI we would like to restrict the visibility of that form from the second group of evaluators.

    Right now that requires going into each question and table row or column and updating the visibility, a very time-consuming and tedious job, between the two evaluation phases.

    It would be great if we could alter the visibility at the form level, overriding field by field visibility settings. That would allow us to basically turn the LOI form off after…

  9. The standard columns for the tables are not optimal for our program, so we've assigned project numbers to each funded application. I would like to be able to see this number in the payment tracking table, but can't add it to the installment form as a shared question. Woiuld this be valuable to others?

    I would also like to be able to delete some of the standard columns--project titles take up a lot of space and are not that useful!

  10. We pay grantees on a reimbursement basis. With some programs, this is a quarterly request, with others it is a single installment at completion of project.
    In either case, their budget will be collected in excel as part of the application. I would like that file to live with the specific project and be used to request reimbursements. Since file uploads are not shared questions, I don't have an easy way to help applicants do this.

  11. When creating Follow Up forms, it would be a real time-saver, and lessen the likelihood of error, to be able to pull information or fields from the Applicant Opportunities section of the Universe into the follow up form. (Or even from the connected CSuite Scholarship.)

    Currently, each opportunity we have has its own initial acceptance follow up form where the student must certify they still meet that scholarship's criteria, and we have to manually copy/paste that criteria into the follow up form from the Applicant Description section of the Opportunities page, or the scholarship description in CSuite.

  12. We currently use the CSuite Grant ID# for any GLM-synced grants as an identifier for award agreements. Would be helpful to have that number appear in the Applicant portal for reference. Would also be helpful to have a merge field so that we can add the CSuite Grant ID to letter/email templates.

  13. Is there any way to have the applicant's business title, as well as the primary contact's business title, listed on the cover page of the application and follow-up forms? Their other data, such as address, phone #, etc. is there and it would be nice to have the business title listed as well so you don't have to go back into contacts to find it. This would be especially helpful for the evaluators when it is a new or unfamiliar organization applying for a grant.

  15. We use Evaluations in GLM for ED Approvals. We then have to save a copy of the ED Approval in a sharepoint file and in CSuite. It would be nice to have a bulk export option in the Evaluations bucket so we can export the ED Approvals all at once.

When sharing a link to an LOI, Application, or Follow Up with someone on your team to easily access, the link often produces an error message, especially when the team member has another tab open to the Foundant login page. We would appreciate being able to share links to data within the platform without those links resulting in errors.

  18. Right now, Foundant does not allow you to create and format a Merge Template that you can then use as the Print Packet associated with each form. The editing capabilities for the Print Packets are extremely limited and there is certainly room for formatting and content improvements. It would be very helpful if admins were able to create and format a Merge Template in a way that is most supportive for their team and evaluators and use that as the Print Packet.

  20. I inadvertently Closed our scholarship recipients when I went through the old applications in order to update contact info. They have to be kept in approved to pull up by group; Closed applications can only be accessed one by one. The Close Request button is on the bottom right where it's common to find a button to leave a form/web page or an X on the upper right. Foundant has neither for users. You have to go to the Home icon, Requests & Users option, or the back arrow. It's not good user layout. Move the Close Request to the…
