  1. We would love to be able to add dates to comments, not just have it be the date we are adding the comment. That way we might be able to sort comments.
    Not to mention copy and pasting emails with information in it.

  2. It would help to eliminate the globe icon in the Due Date box. It takes up too much space and makes it difficult to see/enter the date you want.

  3. Would love to have the ability to set a separate due date for third-party responses. For example, student application is due March 15th and the system closes, but third-party due date is March 22nd then automatically closes.

  4. I noticed that if I'm in the Contact Email History page and I sort by date sent, it sorts by the month and day and seems to disregard year. For example, 08/26/2022 comes before 08/17/2023. The sort really needs to consider the year.

  6. Please either add a column that is a Resubmitted date, or modify the date that is shown under Submitted to be the most recent date the form is submitted. It only shows the original submission date. Often, after reviewing payment request forms, we revert the form back to Draft so grantee can correct/complete form and resubmit. But when we look at Submitted tab it still shows their original submission date, not the date they submitted their corrected version. We like that we can export the Submitted date...thanks for implementing that! Enhancing with above suggestion will make that feature all the…

  7. Hello! We recently moved a number of applications into "Denial Draft" and then, a few weeks later, into "Deny." It appears Foundant records their denial dates as the dates they were moved into "Denial Draft." Would it be possible to change that so that denial dates are the dates they are formally and finally denied? It would more accurately reflect our decision-making process.Thanks!Bob Hybben

  8. It would be helpful to show the date last modified on the workflow page that lists applications, LOIs, or followups that are in draft form. (Much as the date submitted is shown for submitted applications, LOIs, and followups.)   9. Right now the system only saves the first date an applicant saved an LOI or application draft. You have no idea if someone has abandoned the application or if they are slowly working on it. Is there a way to show when someone last saved an application or LOI? Furthermore, can you create a report that would show this information? Right now, quick export only shows the first date an application or LOI was saved so if you made the first change then maybe the date would be correct in quick export...?
