Decision Date
It would be helpful if on approvals, we could predetermine a future date and not have to enter it every time. For example, we issue ALL scholarship payment on 07/02/2025. However, this field auto-populates to the current date. If we could have a date set, but able to change it if the payment needs extended, that would be quite the time saver -- especially when processing 450+ scholarships!

Or at least remove the autopopulate feature! We, too, issue all approvals on the same date. But we change the status to approved only after confirming details with the Recipient - so we are entering the data on 12/15/25, but the approval date is actually 11/10/25. And even if you overwrite it when you start entering data on the approval form - if you don't complete the process, it reverts to current date. Annoying, but also leads to bad data!
