An error occurred while saving the comment Paula Bellemore commentedYES! The term is outdated. Even if it can't be customized, if we could at least call it a "pre-application" that would help, although I realize this doesn't resolve the issue for the OP :-(

An error occurred while saving the comment Paula Bellemore commentedThis is very important for us. We often have one staff member completing an initial review, but the ED needs to give the final approval. Right now we create lots of work arounds, but it is very difficult to tell who is to do what and when.

Hi All,
Today in reporting you could get part way to this report by adding the Submission Assignee Fields. You would then group by this field and have on report for all evaluators that could filter on.
However, leaving this in feedback needed because there are definitely ways we can look at streamlining this functionality with or without reporting.

An error occurred while saving the comment Paula Bellemore commentedWe have a couple of follow-up stages that require evaluation and approval. (So first we need to say yes, the information you have us is complete (detailed enough for us to review) and then we need to say yes, we approve the request or step.

No, actually for specific processes. We do not allow a request to be approved until after a Board decision, and when the staff are processing the requests (moving them through the process) it is concerning that the "Approve request" option is available when in fact they aren't authorized to select it.
