  1. Enable sending automated emails from the organizations actual domain via the use of domain authorization rather than sending everything from grantinterface.com.

    Emails from grantinterface.com are confusing, often caught in spam, and it is impossible to ensure that every online customer recognizes and properly whitelists it. This has caused significant overhead on our staff to manage missed communications. In addition, some organizations spend a lot of time and money to build their brand reputation and improve name recognition within the community.   2. It is very difficult to locate the organization email history. Could you put the three dots on the organization summary page ? why are 3 dots needed - just put click here for email history. It is very difficult to find. spending too much time looking for it.

  3. I would love to have the ability to print or download Sent Emails that were sent through the GLM system. Currently, the only option is to open the email, copy it, and paste it into a new document.

  4. When sending grant documents (grant letters), currently C-Suite only allows for one primary email address and if you want to add a second to be cc'd, you need to add it manually. It would be helpful if C-Suite allowed for a primary and secondary email address to be added and have that be automatically added to the cc section when sending grant letters.

  6. The option to add multiple automated emails would significantly improve efficiency. For example, a "report due" automated email is sent to grant recipients 30 days and 7 days before the report is due.

  7. With the new organization view, email history is hard to find. I did find out you can get to them with multiple steps that seem time consuming and awkward. Please put email history link either on the left side of the front page or on the blocks of info. Right now, they are buried.

  8. Hi. I think a good idea would be to add another automated email option after the evaluator does his/her evaluation. It would be nice for the administrator (me) to get notified that the evaluator has finished the evaluation. Thank you.

  9. Right now if an LOI is being Denied there is no way to attach an email so it goes automatically; it has to be done manually. Can that be changed in the future?

  10. Current Limitation
    As I understand it, SLM users can send a batch email by filtering students within Open Requests. While helpful, it only exposes a limited set of fields. Meaningful segmentation often requires additional reportable fields, custom responses, or workflow-driven data points that are not available in the Open Requests filter. As a result, users frequently must export, manually filter outside the system, and email students separately.
    Proposed Enhancement: Criteria-Based Emailing Using Full Reportable Fields
    Introduce the ability to send an email directly within SLM using any reportable field, not just the limited filter options in Open Requests.

  11. Hello, for our auditing purposes, it is helpful for us to be able to batch print pdf's or once big pdf of the email notifications of awards. Additionally, it would be best if that has a time stamp on it as well for date sent as that is part of the critical data. When you view individual email correspondence you don't see that information, only when looking up the email history in the tab drop down. Right now I have to copy them all and put them into Excel or Google Sheets and then make a pdf.

  13. We recently moved from Word document letter templates to email award notifications, and would love the ability to include CSuite Grant ID# in our GLM email correspondence. Currently, the selection of fields that can be merged into an email template is very limited, and there is no way to include a unique identifier that grantees can use to reference a specific grant.

  14. The longer an organization is in the system, the more likely they are to have many admins and many email templates. Whether it's a large team that needs to find their own email templates among a larger team or a new admin that needs to update "reply to" fields from their predecessor, there's not a fast way to see the "reply to" for email templates. Adding it to the email template list would be VERY helpful.

    1. Please create a workflow that allows receipts to be marked at sent automatically when entering donations manually.

  18. I'd like to propose the idea of restricting applicants who have been set as inactive to no longer be included on emails. Ideally, those who are set to inactive should not continue to receive emails through Foundnat. For example, when I send an email to a user and I cc' the primary organizational contact (who happens to be inactive) he/she is included on the email chain. My temporary fix is to edit the inactive profile and then make a dummy email address and select a new applicant as the primary organizational contact.
