multiple automated emails
The option to add multiple automated emails would significantly improve efficiency. For example, a "report due" automated email is sent to grant recipients 30 days and 7 days before the report is due.

I agree. It would be amazing to be able to set up an automated email at any part of the workflow. For both internal and external audiences and not be limited to only certain workflow states and only one email per audience. Allow us to set up as many emails as we need so that it truly works the way we need it to.

This would also give us more interval options to choose from for different types of grants. We can currently adjust the length of the reminder interval, but it still applies to all processes in the system. While some grantees are probably prepared to submit a report within 14 days, several of our initiatives focus on first-time, grassroots, or youth-led orgs that would benefit from a 30-day reminder.
