    We get this complaint as well. This is especially helpful when there is an unexpected leave of absence. It is also helpful for accountability with organizations with multiple arms or departments. Requests should also show on Collaborators User Summary

    we should be able to set the max number of files allowed to be uploaded as well as the max size of a file and the total max. this is allowed on many another form platforms. we are looking for documentation showing that outside organizations have agreed to collaboration or documentation that both finance and admin departments are aware that a grant has been applied for. Not everyone is skilled enough to combine multiple files into a single pdf as a work around.

    This is an issue for our organization as well. We need the ability to assign follow-ups to multiple users, users are allowed to re-assign a follow-up to another user, or there should be collaboration allowed on follow-ups. I vote for all three.
