  1. Add Submit Button for Administrators to allow admins to submit follow ups rather than proxying as the applicant. When you stop proxying, the system throws you completely out of the application to the dashboard. You can place it next to the Email Applicant and Edit Deadline Buttons at the bottom of the follow up page. I get many follow ups from smaller organizations where the tech level is low via email so I have to scan and upload.   2. Follow Up Submission Logic setting:
    Instead of the sitewide setting of every Process being set for Follow Ups to either be submitted in Open or Sequential order, can this setting be available on the Process level? This would allow us to have some processes that allow open submission and other processes to require sequential submission.

  4. Abandon Follow Ups

    It would be helpful to have the option to Abandon a Follow Up form. Right now, that is not an option and the only way to remove the Follow Up from the dashboard is to Delete it.

    Our foundation assigned a Follow Up form for a survey after our giving day. The survey Follow Up is not required, so we are not chasing down nonprofits to complete the survey once we got past the due date.   5. It would be helpful if follow ups could be marked as "incomplete" or "not submitted", not just "complete". There are times when an organization doesn't submit a follow up and the only way to close the request is to delete the follow up, or mark it complete, when it isn't actually complete.

  6. Often with our grantees, we typically have multiple people working in tandem on different aspects of the report. While they are set up as collaborators, only one person is getting the reminder when upcoming reports are due. We would like to ensure that folks from departments such as the finance or program teams are all receiving the same advanced notice!

  7. When assigning follow up forms, add a warning that comes up if the person assigned is a collaborator, as they will not be able to edit the form. As it stands, the organization gets the assignment and can see the form but does not know why they cannot edit.

  8. We would love a log for all activity on follow-up forms, so we can see which edits were made and when, and whether edits were made by the applicant or program officer.

  10. We accidentally approved an application and needed to deny it within the system after approving it. When it was approved, there were follow up emails assigned to the applicant, such as reminding them 14 days later if they hadn't completed their follow up form.

    When I changed it to deny, the follow up form did not get unassigned automatically, meaning the emails are still being sent to the applicant despite her being denied. However, since it is now denied, there is no option to unassign the follow up forms.

  11. We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

  12. In SLM, you cannot batch assign follow ups for different opportunities within the same General Application. It is very time consuming to assign the same set of scholarship follow ups to each different opportunity individually. This idea needs to be taken a step further to allow different opportunities within a GA to be batch assigned at once. Thanks!

  13. When a staff member leaves an organisation - rather than going through and reassigning the requests and follow ups - it would be ideal if the requests and follow-ups associated with their user were automatically reassigned to the primary contact for the organisation.

  14. We have a process where we give grants out - the applicant has to complete the grant contract and then submit a grant evaluation at school year end. However, some never submit their evaluations. We do not let them be eligible to apply for another grant unless all their evaluations have been submitted, so we do not want to close or abandon any of the outstanding follow up forms that say "MSHE Grant evaluation".   15. I would like to suggest an 'Abandoned' option for Follow-Ups, similar to that for Draft Applications. This way, incomplete overdue reports do not remain on the dashboard indefinitely. This would help with decluttering the dashboard, while also accurately marking the follow-up. As I understand, the only other option (apart from extending the deadline) would be to delete it, however we would want to keep them for record purposes. In the event that a grantee is able to fill out the report, we would then revert it back to Follow-Up Draft.

  16. We pay grantees on a reimbursement basis. With some programs, this is a quarterly request, with others it is a single installment at completion of project.
    In either case, their budget will be collected in excel as part of the application. I would like that file to live with the specific project and be used to request reimbursements. Since file uploads are not shared questions, I don't have an easy way to help applicants do this.

  17. I am training a colleague on entering grants into Foundant. Unfortunately, we're unable to remove a follow up form from a process once it has been used. And we're unable to remove the popup message for the follow up. So, while training I have to say "Oh just ignore that, we don't use it", which makes training clunky. Please give us the option to remove a follow up form (or at least the popup) we don't use.

  18. My Problem: What about a student who doesn't complete two follow-ups but is still active, then graduates? Where do I put them now if I don't want to delete any follow-ups?

    Foundant: Then you'll have to mark the follow ups as complete. Or you can download the follow ups and attach on their request record under document tab, and then delete their follow ups.

    Wishing there was a button for something like this, since the student technically shouldn't be closed or abandoned.

  19. Admins should have the feature to receive an automatic email when a grantee misses their follow-up deadline. This would help admins with follow-ups assigned at different times to keep track of grantees who don't turn in their reports on time.
