Add Submit Button for Administrators to allow admins to submit follow ups rather than proxying as the applicant. When you stop proxying, the system throws you completely out of the application to the dashboard. You can place it next to the Email Applicant and Edit Deadline Buttons at the bottom of the follow up page. I get many follow ups from smaller organizations where the tech level is low via email so I have to scan and upload. Then I have to proxy as the user and it is a cumbersome process to have to search for the organization again, then the requests, then back to the request from which you were just booted. Thanks.
