File upload as shared question to allow budget files to carry forward
We pay grantees on a reimbursement basis. With some programs, this is a quarterly request, with others it is a single installment at completion of project.
In either case, their budget will be collected in excel as part of the application. I would like that file to live with the specific project and be used to request reimbursements. Since file uploads are not shared questions, I don't have an easy way to help applicants do this.
I saw that others had requested this functionality previously and the request hasn't been implemented due to lack of support. I'm hoping that by connecting it to the topic of grantee budgets, which has been a sticking point for many, that it will help build support for it!

It would be very helpful to be able to populate grantees' project planning documents from their application in their final reports so that we can prompt them to review and report on their progress without switching away from the in-progress report.

This would be helpful for follow-up forms so our grantees can see what they submitted for outcomes when updating us on their programming.

This would be extremely beneficial to have on scholarship evaluation forms as well. We score students based on whether or not they submitted their transcripts and would love to be able to share the upload question to the form.
