Randomly Assign Evaluators
In our process each applicant receives at least three reviews from three different evaluators. It would be nice if I could randomly assign evaluators to the applicants. I currently do this by creating an excel file with the applicants on the vertical axis and the evaluators on the horizontal. I assign each applicant a number and use a random number generator to assign the applications each reviewer is expected to review. To be able to do this quickly within the GLM system would be great. I know some of the competitors provide this option.

Our ideal scenario is to take 60 applications (for the same opportunity) with 9 reviewers, and randomly assign each of them 20 applications.
Sorting alphabetically leads to the issue of the same 3 folks reviewing the same 20 applications, when another set of 3 folks may review more harshly...
Opportunity based assignment isn't an option for us in this scenario.
Alphabetical assignment wouldn't solve this specific issue.

I'll add to this sentiment that a feature to randomize reviewers would be one of the biggest updates for increased efficiency.

I also have to create my reviewer assigned list outside of the system. Which requires running a report first and then assigning according to the plan. Not only would this make it easier not to do things outside the system, but it would save a LOAD of time used for assigning.
