It would be very helpful for reviewers to see Reviewer Notes as an option on the Reviewers Dashboard. Currently, we have it set up to view Form, Process, Applicant First Name (which we hide), Applicant Last Name (which we hide), Project (which we use to assign an Unique Applicant ID) and Score. For us, Form and Process are redundant and we would like the reviewer to also be able to see their Reviewer Notes.

Our reviewers would also prefer to see score in terms of scoring scale for thier total score and the average total score instead of the % of available score or average % of availabile total score. Another issue I found with the system's use of % of score, is that the ranking is not accurate when compared to a total average score that goes to decimal points. When I created a report that compiled all reviewers scores, exported to Excel and generated total scores and total average scores, I found that the ranking was different. In the case where multiple applications received the same % of available score, when calculated by actual scoring points and averages, the ranking of the ones with the same % actually ranked differently.

This would be helpful for screening out applications that are entirely completed by AI.

I agree! This would be EXTREMELY helpful. I am also creating a Excel file and use a random number generator to assign a determined number of applications to each reviewer. In our last application cycle in SLM, we had over 300 applications with each needing to be scored by 5 reviewers with a team of 15 reviewers. To be able to do this quickly in SLM would be so much more efficient.

I agree! It would be EXTREMELY helpful for the system create an Unique Application ID. I am also having to mannually add a unique application ID to each application to allow for an anonymous review process in which the reviewers a way to keep track of the applications they review and want to recommend.

The ability to add 3 or change some of the set columns would be very helpful. Currently, we have it set up to view Form, Process, Applicant First Name (which we hide), Applicant Last Name (which we hide), Project (which we use to assign an Unique Applicant ID) and Score.
