Anonymous Review Features
We would like the ability to choose which Contact Fields are visible to the evaluator, with an option to show a Unique Applicant ID (that is not the current system generated one). Having all fields [HIDDEN] and not providing a way to identify each application eliminates the reviewers ability to determine which applications they want to recommend to move forward in the process, as our Foundation does not abide by highest score practices.
We have to implement anonymous review practices based on applicant/evaluator conflict of interest (i.e. Foundation Staff Reviewing applications from Foundation Staff). In order to ensure this is possible across all 200 of the opportunities within our UA, we have to manually add a Unique Applicant ID for each individual that applies. (Currently we're looking at manually updating over 1,000 applications with this ID, and redacting transcript uploads).
The ability to set the visibility settings within the contact tab, per process/opportunity, would allow our scholarship staff to only redact the exact information needed in each use case.
Could this be an additional feature with the 'Show Applicant Info' setting?

Yes, I would also appreciate the ability to share the student contact info with evaluators.
This recent change to hide it from our evaluators has now created an extra layer of work for us as I have to run a separate report for each evaluation team so that they can do any outreach they feel is needed.
In future years we can add fields to into the application to ask for this info, but it seems pretty redundant to ask for it in the application when the student has already provided that info in their SLM registration.
