Bring back the ability to "pop out" the support chat window.
Please bring back the ability to pop out the chat window from the webpage. The revision to the chat prohibits the ability to detach the chat window from the webpage and move it across the screen so its viewable while working in GLM. It now disappears when continuing to work or look at forms to answer support staff questions.

Agreed! I always opened the chat in a new window so that I could continue to work without the chat disappearing every time I clicked anything or a new page loaded. Now I'm just been having to open a separate tab for the chat with whatever page I was on when I first opened it, and then have another tab open where I can continue to work while I wait or am actively chatting with support.
