I'm not sure if this is the same as what you are requesting, but I would like the ability to bring the answer from a follow-up in one process to another process. We do multi-year funding and have a process for each year so we can see each year's funding separately. I would like to have the second and third years of the grant reference what was reported in previous follow-up reports. Currently, you cannot add a shared response across processes.

We provide agencies with a three-year grant. The grant amount can change year to year (we guarantee at least 90% of the previous year's funding). It would be great to have the system create new years of funding within a process so we can track the amount awarded each year without having to create multiple processes. I know I can add more installments, but I want to track awards by year rather than a total for the three-year grant. It would be nice to tell the system that there will be three years of funding, so it doesn't keep adding years at the end of the grant.
