All grantee users should be able to see follow up assignments and question list for follow up in organization history
I love that we can allow all users to see the organization's request history - we just put this into place. However, they can't see who the follow ups are assigned to, and can't see the question list for the follow up - will that eventually be added? (I'm sure it's complex technologically.) It would be so helpful if they could see, "oh, Emily the CFO is currently set up to submit the follow up, and I can contact the funder to get it assigned to me now that Emily has left the organization." or even "oh, Emily has access to the follow up, so I can contact her to see what information she needs from me since I'm the program manager."

Yes! Organization contacts can view all previously submitted applications, but they can only view grant agreements and grant reports they have submitted personally. While this may be necessary for certain GLM users, it would be very helpful for us if this feature could be toggled on, so that every person connected to an organization could view applications and follow-ups. For us, limiting this information to one individual does not help us serve the organizations we grant to.

This would be helpful to our grantees, as well.

This would be very helpful to us. We are struggling with many grantees who don't upload required follow up documents because the follow up is assigned to a different user (in a different department) than the person who has the document that must be uploaded (a signed receipt of contribution).
With or without Mary's suggested feature, we'd love to for admins to have the ability to submit follow ups without logging in as the assigned user - it's cumbersome logging in and out for multiple grantees who mail us their forms instead of uploading. -

We would want this too. Even though all organization contacts can see the Request profile, the Grant Follow Up is not viewable at all. We need the follow up packet to be available as a pdf download.
While it doesn't happen a lot, from time to time we do have applicants from the same organization that will need to upload the previous follow up as part of an application, but at this time the Foundation staff need to develop the pdf to give it to the other organization applicant, as this is the only piece they cannot see in the Organization History.
I can't think of a reason why this would be hidden from view? Please make this a possibility! Thank you

Forgot to mention why the question list PDF link is important - a query from one of our grantees just reminded me - grant writer Dan wants to see the narrative pieces and finance director Dana wants to see the financial requirements in the same report. I can't assign the report to both people but both really do need at least a read-only view of the follow-up.
