    We absolutely need users to be able to see other follow ups. We have just started using GLM and this might be enough to stop us.

    We deal with schools where the district is the charity, not the individual schools. The district needs to sign off on financial stuff, but the "boots on the ground" at the schools need to be able to view any grant restricts in the agreeement.

    At the end of the grant, the schools need to be able to complete the reports, with the district then able to review the report and confirm that funds have been used per the grant conditions.

    Sometimes our Evaluators want to impose conditions on a grant. It would be useful to be able to input the details into a shared field that could then be pulled into other forms / merge templates.
