Evaluation Reports

We conduct two rounds of evaluations on every grant application. After the first round we provide the results to the second group of people evaluating. Finally, at our board meeting we provide the results from both rounds of evaluations.

We currently provide these to our evaluators through a fairly complicated merge document that we process after each evaluation. We were hoping that you all could create a report for all evaluations done, as well as a nicely laid out print packet of whichever evaluations were needed.

Additionally, we have our second round evaluators check a yes, no or maybe box for whether they think the project should be funded. In this report we would really like to see a tally function indicating how many people checked yes, how many said no and how many said maybe.

    I think we could definitely use some evaluation reporting!

    We have been looking at ways to develop some sort of secondary evaluating as well, and are interested in how this could work even within the LOI process.

    Also, we are evaluating on several hundred LOIs at once, and it would be wonderful
    to have a report that pulls a list of assigned evaluations for a staff
    evaluator (or board member or whomever).
    I have tried and failed to get
    that as a report -besides just viewing on screen. If this could be a piece of the evaluations reporting as well, it would help us tremendously.

    Hi Monica,

    Thanks for the suggestion. We realize that there isn't an evaluation-centric report and it is something that we've talked a bit about internally. One of the challenges is the variety of needs users have (for example, the "tally function" you mention is something specific to you).

    While a basic report for evaluations is not on our near-term product roadmap, it is something that could move up depending on user interest. If other users have a desire to see a report of evalation data, I'd appreciate hearing from them :-) In the meantime, I'll make sure to mention this to our product team and see if anyone else has heard some requests.
