  1. It is very difficult to locate the organization email history. Could you put the three dots on the organization summary page ? why are 3 dots needed - just put click here for email history. It is very difficult to find. spending too much time looking for it.

  2. The new system search results are a helpful view but have lost the functionality to open organization or user pages in new tab by using a right click. The only options available now are to copy or export the table. This functionality also is lost when previewing an organization merge, making it impossible to compare details beyond the date created without having to completely start over. Please bring back the option to open links in a new tab when viewing results in a table.

Thanks for this feedback! We have added "Open in New Tab" as a menu option when right clicking on a hyperlinked field within most tables. If you encounter a table where this option isn't available, holding down the CTRL key and clicking on the link will open it in a new tab.

  3. This new update has been throwing me off.

Previously, when I went to Email History, the Sent section showed the organization name the email was sent to. Since the update, it only shows the recipient's name instead of the organization.

My job consists of checking which organizations have opened emails, so seeing only the recipient's name isn't very helpful. Unless someone has memorized over 100 staff members and knows which organization each person belongs to which is nearly impossible, especially with frequent staff changes it's difficult to quickly identify the organization.

Is there a way to change this back, or…

  4. I know this has been mentioned before, with little response, so I want to reintroduce it here. Having the ability BATCH UNASSIGN an EVALUATOR from multiple assignments in one step would greatly reduce the time I have to spend removing an evaluator one evaluation at a time if they can not complete the evaluations in time. Although I can pull up their applications and assign a new evaluator in a single step, it is not efficient removing someone. This year I had two evaluators injured or hospitalized and not able to do evaluations after they were assigned. In total, I…

  5. Similar to users, it would be helpful to have the ability to set Organization as "Inactive" Some of our organizations have now closed their doors, and there isn't a way for use to remove those organizations from mailing lists reports. We do add the user's status, though, if we could take those out right away it would be very helpful.

  6. Adding a global search bar in GLM that allows administrators to filter across all requests, decisions, organizations, users, applications, forms, emails, and notes by keyword would significantly improve efficiency and information retrieval.

There have been many instances where my President has asked for a list of grants related to specific initiatives or geographic areas - such as homelessness, hunger, substance abuse prevention, utility assistance, Smith Lake, or camps. These types of searches often can't be fulfilled by simply entering the name of an organization, user, or location. Instead, I’m left to manually comb through grant notes and entries from previous…

    Hello!

Our first iteration of a global search was made available in the February 2026 release. In this release, you can search by organization name, user name, and project name.

We recognize this does not get as granular as the initial request for keywords and emails. We will continuing to evaluate to solve for those scenarios as well and encourage you to create a new idea lab submission with that feedback.

  7. I check all applicants' email histories when they submit their application, as students frequently misspell their teachers' emails and will not get third party responses unless that gets corrected. With the new user summary page, it's now an extra click to get to the email history, and its location is not at all intuitive.

  8. Add ability to proxy-in to a user in the contacts view and in the user profile view. I can't proxy in to this user (in screenshots) because they don't have a request in the system yet....

  9. Provide the ability to set a user inactive from the User Summary or Update User page. This would make it easier to deactivate user profiles while viewing their information. Currently, the only way to deactivate a user is through the Users Search page.

  10. It would be great if an eligibility quiz could be used to filter applicants for specific grant opportunities. So, depending on how they answer the questions in the quiz, it would then show different application opportunities. For example, if the applicant belongs to a small organization that is not scalable and has a limited budget, then after completing the quiz, an application specifically designed for this type of organization would be available to them.

  12. Please restore the site settings allowing admins to designate specific org page fields that can be updated by applicants. I recognize that not every client wants this, but as a trust-based org, we'd like to give our grantee partners the autonomy to update their address on their own rather than having to reach out to us. (And if you all don't recall how this used to work, please reach out to me for more details.)

  13. As part of our October Monthly Release, we introduced a User Setting that allows you to preview the updated User Summary layout in your Sandbox environment.

This redesigned view consolidates key user details into a streamlined format to improve efficiency and usability.

    We’d love your input!

Please use this thread to share any feedback, suggestions, or questions about the new layout:

Is the information easy to find?
Are there any workflows that feel smoother or harder?
    Anything missing or unexpected?

Your feedback is instrumental as we refine this experience ahead of full release.

Thank you for helping us improve!

  14. Bumping this back to the top of the list - please strongly consider only allowing one application per process to be started at a time within a process cycle.
When we have multiple processes running (for us it just increased again this year, in the 30s) and 550+ active applications, we need a better way to keep the numbers accurate and moving things through the process clean and as efficient as we can. Please limit them to one application start within a process and change the apply button within the tiles that match to them to "Continue" if they've started…

    Hello!

This functionality is now available through our process request limit functionality, released in January 2026.

  15. It would be helpful to have the applicant's name appear on the third-party response form. Currently, it shows the applicant's name on the dashboard, but when the third party clicks on Start to submit the information it only shows the "process" or "award" name. Having the student's name appear at the top of the form would help responders keep track of the student they are working on.

Some of our third parties complete a LOT of responses and I've heard from many of them that this would be really helpful.

  16. As it stands right now, the login record in GLM just shows the last time a user logged in and that includes someone proxying into their record. It would be nice to be able to see a detailed list like we are able to in CSuite.

  18. When typing a last name in the search bar, the list of all with the last name of, for example, "Smith" come up. It would be greatly helpful if the Smiths were listed in alphabetical order of their first name, NOT prefix ("Ms., Mr., Mr. and Mrs.). Could that please be changed?

  19. We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

  20. We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3 months before grant end so we have time to set up a renewal conversation). It has to be at least twice a week that we hear from a grantee saying they can't submit their match docs because Foundant requires the follow up with the earlier deadline to be submitted first. It would be greatly beneficial if our applicants could submit follow ups…
