One User Under Multiple Organizations

We're from a small community, and we often have individuals who volunteer with multiple organizations. It would be helpful if we could assign one user in GLM to multiple organizations.

    This would be so helpful and alleviate many issues we've had with grant writers who work for several nonprofits. Please keep me updated on the progress of implementing this.

    This would be helpful for us as well since some community grant writers write grants for multiple organizations in our community.

    Yes! That would be very helpful to us as well. It happens a lot with nonprofits who have an affiliated foundation. Lots of them share staff and they end up using their personal e-mails for one of the entities.

    Yes to this! The "one email address only" is forcing people to create a new email address that they don't normally use (or normally check) in order to work on an application for a different organization from the one under which they initially registered with their primary email address. This is more likely to happen as time goes on, as many of the grantees are "usual suspects" who are very involved in their communities and work across various nonprofits. This creates big communication problems!

    Yes, this would be very helpful. in 2023 most organizations (grantmakers) are moving toward putting more work on the grant makers than the grantees. So we as grantmakers are making individuals create different email address. That does not seem far. We have to make the process simpler.

    Yes! Glad someone else is thinking of this. I asked for it years ago and the solution was to ask the person to login with a separate email. It would be nice for them not have to do that.
