Hi Sammie,
That's correct! We often revert application and follow-up forms to draft to have applicants/grantees provide missing information or to refine their responses. We let them know what is missing or the clarifications that are required via the Admin Comments.

We would find this useful too! In addition to staff turnover at the small non-profits we work with, we have certain follow-ups (e.g. funding terms and conditions) that need to be submitted by an authorized signatory for the organization and that person is not usually the grant manager.

Agreed! We download the application packages so they can be uploaded into a separate Board Mgmt software - and the renaming slows down the grant management staff quite a bit.

We encounter this issue, as well. It would be so helpful if .HEIC files were once of the accepted file types for the document viewer.
