Hi All,
thank you for the feedback. There is a current way to send email from the request summary page which I have included in the attachment.
However, based on your comments we can probably make this more intuitive.
thanks
sammie

Hi Meghan
want to confirm these are the inline comments, correct?

Hi Sammie,
That's correct! We often revert application and follow-up forms to draft to have applicants/grantees provide missing information or to refine their responses. We let them know what is missing or the clarifications that are required via the Admin Comments.
I appreciate you following up!

We would find this useful too! In addition to staff turnover at the small non-profits we work with, we have certain follow-ups (e.g. funding terms and conditions) that need to be submitted by an authorized signatory for the organization and that person is not usually the grant manager.

Agreed! We download the application packages so they can be uploaded into a separate Board Mgmt software - and the renaming slows down the grant management staff quite a bit.

Thanks for posting this Anna!
The inclusion of this function in the GLM would save our organization and our users a lot of time. We have Collaborators working on Applications and Follow-ups quite often and use the Admin Comments to seek clarification from folks or to request additional information. Since Collaborators can not see the Admin Comments (or receive system notifications) it puts a lot of burden on the Grant Manager or the 'named' Applicant to PDF the application and send on to the Collaborator so they can make the necessary updates.
