Collaborators and Admin Comments
It would be great if Collaborators had the ability to see the Administrator comments that are visible to the Applicant.

Administrator comments are critical for Collaborators to view. If an optional box could be added that we could click for Collaborators to see comments, that would fix the issue. Currently, the only workaround is to download a copy of the application and then send a copy to the Collaborators so they can view the comments, making the review and approval process longer. If the Collaborator could log into their account and see the comments, then they could respond quicker.

It looks like this idea is from 2022, however it is still a problem for us. We often make Administrator comments within the LOI, application, and follow up forms when we need additional information or clarification. Only the applicant can see those comments - not the collaborator (most often a grant writer) that needs to see them.
On the same subject - the admin comment box really needs to stand out more so applicants can find it. A different colored box, or text would be fantastic! -

This is a large issue for us since our processes and follow-up forms typically involve a handful of people in each organization, requiring a heavy use of the collaboration feature.
We initially thought that the administrator comments would create a seamless method for us to communicate with Foundant users regarding specific items on forms.
Since the comments can only be shared with the process applicant, and not the multiple collaborators per form, the follow up form system is not nearly as efficient as we thought. -

This is also a problem I am experiencing. We use the administrator comments to communicate big issues that collaborators will also need to see. It would be very beneficial to us to have this added.

Seconding this idea - we use administrator comments for draft reviews. Our applicants are starting to use the Collaborate feature more often, and many times the collaborator is the primary grant writer (especially for fiscally sponsored projects) and need to be able to see the draft feedback in the administrator comments. We currently need to create PDF packets for collaborators, which is clunky. We'd love for collaborators to be able to view the administrator comments.

Hi Sammie,
That's correct! We often revert application and follow-up forms to draft to have applicants/grantees provide missing information or to refine their responses. We let them know what is missing or the clarifications that are required via the Admin Comments.
I appreciate you following up!
